• 'God of This City'는 태국의 파타야를 배경으로 한 곡으로,
죄로 물든 도시가 하나님의 복음이 흘러감으로 인해
주님의 나라가 완성되기를 소망하는 마음을 담은 컨텐츠입니다.

It shows our desire for the gospel of God to change the sinful city or cities
to complete the kingdom of God.

One day I saw vision: a snake was crawling on my hand. It was a Sunday. Ok, so that happened about 3-4 months ago. On the 21 st of November, a day after BTS’s album was released I made a decision to quit k-pop. Then that same day I saw the snake fall off!!!!
How did I discover k-pop: My sister started listening to k-pop about a year ago, and I followed this year. I didn’t understand that I was actually worshiping Kpop idols. I didn’t understand how dangerous everything was. It affected my behavior, I started being too concerned about my face and etc.
Thank God I wasn’t listening to BTS hard for a long time, just almost the whole of November.
So, long story short - my sleep improved, I felt happy and joyful, I started researching on Christian song and now have a dream to become a Christian pop singer one day (I’m 12 years old) + spread the good news and break the stereotype that Christian music is 😐
Grateful to God for opening my eyes on time.

I had a very similar experience. Except, I didn't have any specific dreams. I still listen to K-pop, but at one point in time, I became obsessed with BTS. This obsession turned into jealousy. I wanted to be an astounding musician just like the group. I have been an aspired musician since I was a toddler, but after following BTS, I started to lose my worth. I thought I wasn't good enough and did all I could to be like them. When I finally came to the realization that I was losing myself to the orphan spirit, I gave up - with tears pouring down my face. Till this day, I hardly pay attention to BTS. I may hear their songs from time to time, but not like I used to. Thank you so much for sharing your story! It moved me to share mine. It's nice to know I wasn't the only one who got bitten by the K-pop bug 😅
