Apologies for the camerawork on the last 2 kitchen episodes! We’re in between upgrading camera equipment at the moment, and about to get a shoulder rig... so that’s why it’s a little off and having trouble with focus etc. ☺️

The camera is fine. You just need to do close ups in editing and not while filming, the auto-focus is killing the shot when you keep changing depth of field.

My recipe for Butterbeer is
2 shots Buttershot (butterscotch) schnapps
1 shot amaretto
1/2 shot vanilla vodka
1 bottle IBC Cream Soda
Now this sounds good!!!

Hi cherry i actually think you beat the cream too little, it only formed soft peaks. If you beat it more it will be more fluffy and smooth. Also its recommended to weigh your ingredients straight into the bowl and not in another cup or something because then some of the ingredients stay on the cup. But you did anazing! I love you and keep up the good work

Probably does! Just doesn’t have artificial colors! I think we in the us forget how common they are here but I don’t think they are as common in other countries!
I'm in Ohio, we have several brands of clear cream soda here. However the colored cream soda does make it look more interesting.
I'm in the USA at the moment, Georgia, and there's clear creme soda here. Never had it before and it's quite good

I know there are lots of recipes for butter beer and I have made it several times.
A couple tips I would have for you . Use golden cream soda instead of the clear cream soda it will look more the proper color, for the problem you have with the thickness of the topping if when you put it on the top just use a spoon or something to just dunk it fast down into the drink and let it sit about a minute before you drink it the stiffness will be softer .
If you want to make a deluxe version you can braize the top with a cooking torch to carmelise the topping to give it a really nice look , and you can also sprinkle granulated sugar over the top to give it a magical looking sparkle.
Seasonal versions can be made with red cream soda and colored cooking sugars sprinkled over the top.
I also add one extra step I usually spray whipped cream over the top of the first topping so it gives it a really nice layered look I make mine with the braized top and sugar sprinkle.

I think because she used the clear cream soda, the end result wasn’t as dark as it could have been but I’m sure it tastes great!
Looks awesome! Little tip or two. There is a sweet spot with whipping the cream. It will actually turn to butter the longer you whip, I think yours was enroute to butter. If you chill both bowls before beginning it might also help! I can’t believe you never had cream soda before! Growing up in Canada it’s actually pink in colour and I use to add milk to it! Guess I was drinking a cheaper version of what would become butter beer heehee

LOL, if she had mixed it much linger, she would have had sweetend butter!!
Problem is she didn't Fold. She smashed it with the spatula flattened out the incorporated air.

A friend of mine who loves cream soda said the clear kind doesn't taste as good. I think the golden brown has more vanilla in it.

lazy homebody you don’t really need a film school to be an audience... shaking and constant zooming can make a lot of people feel dizzy and uncomfortable to watch, that’s why it’s considered as bad in general. There’s nothing wrong with decent and not offending feedback from audience, at least I think that’s what’s comment section for. It doesn’t mean we don’t love cherry or her videos 🧡

Like a year ago I made Butterbeer (it was actually for our school's Christmas party because it was HP themed) and I followed a different recipie - mainly because in my place cream soda is not available so I had to make that too myself. The drink itself won first place in the contest, but I messed up the topping. It wouldn't whip. Still I'm proud, and dear Cherry, your video just inspired me to try and make it again ❤️✨

Gotta be honest, when I was in London at the Harry Potter Studios I was really excited to finally taste butterbeer. But when I finally tried it, I almost got sick. I just didn't like the way they did it. I always imagined it more creamy. The top was fine, the thing that I thought was to disgusting about it was the sparkling whatever the hell it was bottom. I never imagined Butterbeer to be like this. I thought it would be kind of like hot chocolate and not like a soda.

Darkaria668 S I’m pretty sure in one of the books it was portrayed as having a kind off intoxicating effect on wizards. Root beer has no alcohol, so there’s that. I’m going to universal this spring and I’m very excited to get a butter beer!
