    This video exaggerated her difficulties too much. For example, she didn’t stop dancing because she became too weak, she stopped dancing because she was too tall. And she never gave up dancing, it’s just that she gained success from acting so continued to do that instead but always loved dancing nevertheless. I also hate that the title is “tragic life of Audrey Hepburn”. She led a wonderful life and although she faced difficulties and hardships, she remained strong and optimistic. It wasn’t tragic, in the end she had positively influenced millions: her family, fans, and the children she served through UNICEF. She lived a very fulfilling life.

    It would be a terrible insult when Audrey Hepburn is being compared with current generation actresses. Audrey was one of a kind. Despite her filmography is short, she had a very massive impact on Hollywood and she had set an immeasurable standard of grace, beauty and elegance inside out.
    Audrey Hepburn, will always remain in our hearts. Always (this Always word has a deep meaning here).

    Despite the casting controversy, My Fair Lady was definitely her best role she ever acted on. She nailed her job as playing a Cockney common girl, heck she even sung in it. And in one interview she said she was not as talented as other actresses, she was just lucky to get into movie industry. What a humble human being she was.

      Her singing voice wasnt heard in My Fair Lady. Marni Nixon sang those songs as she did for other non singing actors in other movies. She was a great actress and one of the most beautiful women ever, but not a great singer

      @prinspray Před 3 lety +2

      @@alisonstevens2712 she was actually sung for the whole movie but the director decided to use another voice to fill in since Audrey’s voice was too realistic to make it to the cut. But still, some of the parts we could still hear Audrey’s voice, fo instance in Just You Wait or Rain In Spain as well. She might have not had been a great singer but she could sing. Moon River wouldn’t have been winning the Oscar if it wasn’t for the voice🤷

    It's nigh on impossible for me to select one film of Audrey Hepburn's as my personal best. Wait Until Dark has such great suspense and tension. Roman Holiday is a real delight. The Children's Hour with Shirley Maclaine was way ahead of its time and very controversial, even banned in many countries. Breakfast at Tiffany's has such beautiful Givenchy dresses. Funny Face makes you wish you'd been in Paris in the 1950's. And My Fair Lady can be watched again and again. I can't choose one as the best.
