The rainbow road scene was perfect and easily the best part of the movie . Koopa general literally trying to murder Mario and turns into the blue shell as a final effort to do so. It's so badass

Pov: The only alternative reference is, General Koopa was both inspired by the characters of the socialist version of Mario Bros. called "Communist Mario" similar to the squirrel and the hedgehog made by Northern Japan and even created by PlayKid (The Socialist Version of Nintendo). and he was a complete psychopath just like Mulmangcho or Krauser (Squirrel and Hedgehog style)
General Koopas: He is the general of the Koopas Armed Forces, they are capitalists. He is the main villain of video games. with his military suit of the combination between Mexican military and ancient Aztec warrior. He is one of the few characters who knows that the communist Mario is a spy for the Red Mushroom Palace.
