haqita02 i dont think bb got big bcuz of dbsk's scandal in 2009. I was following both groups and suju back then. Bigbang was big already but not in the king's level for sure, while at that time dbsk was so freaking popular. If bigbang's comeback wasnt good, i dont think they would be in this king level. Even dbsk could stay together, they would have their own names written in kpop history. Bigbang and dbsk were like snsd and wonder girl back then. Or kara. But nothing last forever. Before disbanding, kara didnt achieve as much as they did in their early year. In the middle of WG's journey, they lost to snsd as nation girl group. The same could happen to bigbang or dbsk. But bigbang stays together even after 11 years. Suju isnt the same suju in sorry-sorry era. Who knows about other new groups later? So, it depends on the music and the group itself. Like bigbang and their achievement.
