I'd go as far as to say underappreciated because most people know them only for One Week. I admit it's catchy (hell, I watched the Digimon movie religiously as a kid so I clearly can't forget it even if I tried), but they have so many better songs like Brian Wilson (which was the song that made me realize just how great they can be.)

I've never been afraid of dying or worried about any of the dangers in this song... yet despite the fact that my problems are so different from being killed by a shark or hit by a train, this song is so reassuring and full of hope. It makes me feel so much better.

I had the lyrics stuck in my head all day while at work and i just spent a good 20 minutes lyric searching it, and ended up going through the playlist from the radio station. Great song
BNL, been a huge fan since the mid 90's. Especially hearing your song One Week in the English release of Digimon the Movie when I was a kid. This band along with a few others, always help to keep things upbeat even if some are worrying about the "what ifs". This is why we should live every day to the fullest by the ways we individually know best. This band has gone above and beyond in helping communities and other organizations to help others. May this band be remembered for all times as the Oddballs of Fun.

I have to be honest, I don't subscribe to BNL or know any other songs of theirs.
But I subscribe to RoosterTeeth and they shared this with me (not just me) in a time I found very very dark.
I was contemplating very serious things and I saw no way out, and sometimes I wonder how I managed, and I remind myself 'it was those ladies? The bare naked ones' ;) I thank you for showing me the way forward in life itself BNL.

I remember hearing this song sooo long ago on the radio. It just randomly popped back into my head and after so long I'm hearing the song again with a way different understanding that I approached it from all those years ago.
Don't take her for granted. You're incredibly lucky. Every time you see her give her a hug for me. I lost my girlfriend recently and I can't believe how much I took for granted.

still the best piece of kinetic typography I've ever see IMO. Doesn't hurt that the song's fantastic AND it's linked to Rooster Teeth either.
Look up "Nobody Tells This to Beginners" from Creavite. It's a kinetic text video of a great Ira Glass quote, and it's very cool.
And relating to the song and Rooster Teeth... Why didn't they use the Rooster Teeth video for the official version?!? It's Brilliant!!!
This is good kinetic typography. I still think the one for Shop Vac by Jonathan Coulton is better, but this is still very good.

yeh i had it at my grandma's retirement home, they have a little restaurant in the home and i ordered passionfruit juice and a grilled cheese sandwich and the juice was so good i asked for seconds, the sandwich was good too but the juice was out of this world

I was on my way to a wake for an aquaintantace who passed away in Calgary this week from cancer. I was thinking of him today. Then this song played at the store we shopped at to bring his girlfriend some gifts.
We had a party to honor his 58 short years on this earth.
