@@dchung00 It's not really in my circle of competence. It's a stock with negative net income and negative free cashflow, thus I can't really give it a quantitative valuation of any sorts, since I usually go for companies with positive (and growing!) free cashflow.
If a listed company does a spin-off of a unit, does it get listed automatically? Or does the new company have to list themselves? Is there a period only after which they can list? If so, what happens to the price of unlisted shares till the new company lists?
To my understanding, unless it gets bought out and taken private, It's automatically listed on the day of the spin-off.
