Here is a longtime fan of CAS.
Because of their beautiful spacy tone, it seemed that there was no proper sheet and TAB, so I made myself.
I watched many live videos, used several tricky listening technique, so the accuracy is quite reliable.
Also I added backing track for guitar, so you can practice with.

Thanks. I used Guitar Rig 5. I started with clean amp sound, added very wet (70%) small reverb , and large reverb (50%).

It's just big reverb. Please check if you're using single front pickup. And if you keep having trouble, let me know what equipments you're using.

일렉기타에 카포를 끼면 튜닝이 잘 틀어져서, 원곡에서는 카포 없이 했는데요.. 통기타는 카포 끼면 훨씬 편하게 연주할 수 있어서 두 가지 버전의 악보를 넣었습니다. 편하신대로 골라 쓰세요 :)

It's 50$ pickup set, I'm sorry I don't know what brand it is. I believe any pickup with proper FX settings could sound good. :)

I used Izotope RX10 to remove guitar and synth track. Though it is expensive, you can use other track seperating tools on internet. Thanks :)
