Just a tip, place 2 even 3 seeds per hole. Reason is in a small space it helps increase the pollination and helps support in such a higher space from wind or other potential factors.

I run 4”-6” apart on 24” rows.. 4 rows 25 feet long… Triple Crown bi-color hybrid.. super sweet.. ears are full size, filled out, and consistent… using drip tape, fertilizer every 2-3 weeks and I pull a tassel every day and shake over the others when it’s that time.. 2-3 tops a days for a week does the trick!

You can also soak your seeds a day before planting for better germination

Do you have a fence for deer? If not have four posts or use the wood line and wrap fishing line around it, at least three layers low mid and high (high enough they can’t jump over)

I have always thought about planting some corn. Will it be smaller because it is in raised beds versus the ground.

I think it’ll be smaller because they are closer together

Bonemeal - Low nitrogen, high phosphate.

This bonemeal is a 7-7-0. So high nitrogen for bonemeal

@@ennisfarmhouse Regular bonemeal averages 3-15-0. Yours must be further processed to raise nitrogen and lower phosphorus.
