sir please batyein agar (st3151a05 8 xc 3)logi board mein led screen mein colure green ke aarhai ho ya colure sahi ni aarhai ho tho kis component ko change karne se sahi hojyega...or agr logi board new lagana ho tho kha se le delhi ncr mein.

VGH usually measures from a range of 25 to 30V.
I would think 15V is quite abit on the low side.
