I don’t thinks it’s meant to leave your gun in when you aren’t in the car. I think it’s more of a while you drive thing, so it’s easier to get to without it being accessible to passengers.

In my opinion if someone really wants your gun and me break into your car they could just take the safe as a whole either way so it doesn't really matter to me😅
Got it for my Bday, great idea on paper but it sucks in the real world. For one it rattles constantly and loudly. It’s steel so it’ll be ice cold in the winter and given how it mounts that’s a problem. I’m 6’4” so given my frame it’s a bit awkward to draw it out. It mounts by being wedges between the drivers seat and the console which means it’ll inevitably run through my seats and my console lid hits it so there goes the leather on that. It’s also very obvious and I prefer far more of a stealth concealment. It’s a great idea on paper just not something I’ll ever use. Sorry guys, don’t mean to be a dick, I’m just being honest
@@prfiljothuglife6366 look into a phantom holster I believe it’s called. It’s a magnet mount for under your dash. There’s 2 kinds, one mounts straight and one puts an angle on the gun to give you more legroom. If you look on Colts Way on here he has the angled version. I have the straight version and love it
Definitely not going to rely on this to protect my gun from theft, but I like the pop up feature during driving. That’s definitely quicker than defeating the seatbelt, shirt and clearing the holster on a draw from the driver seat.
For those who have licensed ccw, in a state that actually makes you take classes, this meets the legal definition of securing your weapon in a safe secured to the vehicle while not on your persons. Btw factory safes are considered glove boxes and illegal to store your firearm in the state of CA.

Good point, Jon! On most every base it is required to have your firearm and ammo separated and in your trunk. This would be for use once you leave the base for sure!
No one gonna mention the EXTERIOR SCREWS on a product advertised as a safe?

It's not advertised as a safe, it's advertised as a retention device. That's how they get around that
The commercial just said firearm safe in the first 20 seconds of the video 🤔 @MarcThaShark19

They make safes that go under your armrest that have screws which are only accessible once opening the safe. And they’re made with 1/4 steel.
Does it play "pop goes the weasel'?
I can hear lock picking lawyer now

Can’t find this even on their website
Same…. What the heck?
Where do I buy this ?
When will they be back in stock?
I’m wondering the same thing

The last thing you stated on safes in CA is not true.

Your best bet would probably be to save your money and put it towards leaving California...
So im guessing for the quick release the weapon the lock box needs to have the key inside prior to any scenerio requiring lethal force
I assume you just leave the key in while driving.

The whole point of this thing is so you can draw faster than them

So is this a knock off of the kwik strike?
Is the truck mandatory?
Yeah, but I can’t do that if I’m driving on base. This depends on your base commander’s direction.
Nice if you just have some mixed civilian driving!

Didn’t you steal this design from kwick strike?
Nope, we partnered with them for awhile, and recently they decided to go on their own. We don’t sell the strike anymore but videos are still up
