hes gonna do official matches? no way, it has been clear that larry is using steroids for his own career of bodybuilding and since professional tournaments have a rule against that i dont believe hes gonna go further than being casual, if he is somehow allowed backlash will get to him for competing unfairly.
@@soisaus564 There are no rules against steroids in Armwrestling. Most athletes in the open weight class have been on drugs since they were teenagers.

I weight 70kg but look like I weight 80+kg my body physics don’t match my 70kg body weight.
I have 1500 daily calories or try most the time I hit 1300 calories
120-130g protein a day the rest fats/carbs.
What do I need to do to lose more fat & not muscle I want my body physics to change?
Exercise, try going on a run as much as u can and eat less carbs
