there is no way Celine is better. They cannot be compared, they have different voices and sing very different songs and styles. Celine has a very great song but there are many notes and variations in tone that cannot reach Whitney's level, basically she cannot sing exactly like Whitney. She may come close but still too far from her level that they cannot be compared. Whitney's voice was like a miracle, whereas when you listen to Celine's it's like I can easily do that, she sounds more human (less soul) and not angelic like Whitney.
