If you want to get Heimerdinger 4-Star easier you can just 3-Star 2 of ANY COST unit, it doesnt have to be a 5 cost. example (Tristana 3-star + Teemo 3-star + Heimerdinger 3-star = Heimer 4-star.
True but for that I wound need to roll in the early game and ruin the whole flow of the game. Personally it's easier to just 3 star a bunch of 5 costs.
