All kseries casing and gear sets are interchangeable. You can get a 6speed gear set from k20a2 k20z3 k24z7 and put it in a crv or element casing to have awd. Both has the same shifter cable bracket mount as rsx. Or even use a 5spd gear set and add a 6th gear.
Trying to say it’s the same as having a oem 6spd kseries trans and adding a crv or element inner case to have awd. But in ur situation u have a 6 spd trans and added rsx outer case. They are all interchangeable.

Was doing a awd swap in my civic eg so needed a cr-v box anyway. Thought I would see if it was possible? Had to change one bearing on the gear stack used six speed forks and mixed parts in the shift mechanism as I am using dc5r (Rsx) cables and hybrid shifter. Tested shifting on the bench and worked great but not in my civic yet. I to could not find anything on a awd as a six speed so I had a crack.

They are a few people with 6speed awd kswap , especially in Puerto Rico , use a tsx 5 and 6 gear

There is nothing special about this setup. You got an outer case. Anyone can grab an inner case and do the same thing on a fwd 6 speed.
