No ma'am, you are not too rough. I'm very familiar with the silicone gadget you use to help wash hair. It's very soft, comfortable spikes, that are non-damaging!
Additionally, there are enough stylists out there that only wash over the outside surface of their hair, not truly getting down to scalp and nape of the neck.
16:27 is a perfect example of your technique to move loose dirt away from the scalp. A true washing looks just like what you do! I applaud you! 👏😊
