Did you know you can scan smokes for enemies in it with your shrouded step? on your map is a indicator and if someone is between you and your shrouded step, the indicator will show a smaller distance. So get your shrouded step and wiggle it in a smoke while looking at your map :) good one for showers on bind. this works for every smoke btw. viper ult,viper wall, astra ult, phoenix wall. :D

Another thing that might be helpful to new Omen players on Bind is that you can fake going through the teleporters. Have your shrouded step out, then activate it while doing an air strafe (like mentioned in the video) into the teleporter. The insanely loud noise will go off and the enemies will think site is free to push, but you will be waiting to kill them. Easy way to counter a push and confuse enemies.

You can pickup dropped spikes using your ultimate and then cancelling it.
For example if your team mate dies on A site with spike and you are on B, if you use your ultimate to TP on top of the spike, you can cancel it and you will have picked it up.
How near do I have to be next to the spike?
@@niemandgames853 Unless it has changed in the last 6 months it is fairly forgiving with the placement, I have never missed the spike but i definitely take a second to aim it

+1) As you can place Omen's smokes everywhere, you can smoke off a predictable Sova Recon Dart, an enemy Killjoy's turret (when you hear where it is exactly) or just yourself, because they think that your smoke is just for vision blocking.
+2) You can actually predict an enemy Omen's distance from the two spots he smoked. Due to the his smoke's travel time (and assuming that he is placing his smokes quickly after each other), you can calculate his distance from those spots.

Tip: combine flash with tp, for example haven garage, smoke window, flash left side garage and tp on top of right box inside garage

I've been wondering why smokes didn't go where the arrow said they would for so long. I just assumed I accidentally moved or shifted my mouse when casting it. What a relief to know I'm not going crazy!

This here is the What Ancient Mystery Card. Its an octopus holding what appears to be radianite. We see some black substance curling up its tentacle into the shard. So you must be wondering - what the almighty flying frik does this have to do with Omen. Well, first of all, notice the black substance which is remarkably similar to that of when Omen uses his ability. We know that there is a possibility that Omen isn't human - he could be anything, and what better than an octopus! If humans could gain power from radianite, so could other creatures. And octopuses would make a great candidate, being in my opinion the most remarkable and intelligent creatures after humans and dolphins. They have learning capabilities of a human child. Why couldn't Radianite have granted it the power to take any shape, and live for longer, and do all the other cool stuff? Besides, if you look at other Radiants, you'll notice that while they do gain power from radianite, nobody has been changed nearly as much as Omen, so other creatures could possibly be affected more strongly by the substance. And then let's take a look at his face, or at least what we can see of it. Look closely. Thinl carefully. How could he have those 3 slips if they were not tentacles covering a source of energy within? What else could it possibly be?! Now you could tell me that I've just been rewatching Assasination Classroom a bit too quickly but I can say with confidence that while that may be true it is not impairing my judgement in the slightest.

I saw 2 videos that have more view tham you but they don't include the blimd part and the one way smoke part. You deserve more views
One thing to note is if someone knows common one way spots and where people usually play off of the one way they can prefire you. and vice versa
another common mistake i also see that people do are making their smokes far too outward, i was actually surprised you didnt mention it in this video :"D
the smoke has to be way deep inside the entrance so that your teammates doesnt have to hold 3 angles of the smoke if you don't want someone pushing in! (3 angles being left side, right side and front side of the smoke)
sometimes its okay to make your smokes outward when someone like your teammate is going to push through your smoke because the enemy then has to hold 3 angles! you can also put the smoke more outward (to a point where its sort of outside the entrance) to allow your teammate to play around it if hes stuck somewhere (such as hell in ascent A site)

omen paranoia makes enemies blind and also unable to hear sound very accurate
so if you want to do some aggresive tp behind enemies make sure you blind them first so they cant hear your tp

People probably done this before but I'm gonna say it anyways.
I'm pretty new to valorant as a whole, and decided to get omen, been playing him about 4days. In Icebox, I was at Site A with 1 teammate and 1 enemy (Jett). I didn't know what else to do as it was 12-12. So I decided to big brain it and teleport (ulti) to Site A, the place I ALREADY was at. Once I TP, I planted the bomb. A while ltr, then the Jett came back and killed my teammate.
So of ur in a desperate situation maybe try this trick. (Also this happened during my 1st competitive )

Too late for this but i love it when omens smoke off my one ways (viper main btw) love wasting my fuel and getting no info off it and letting enemy's run thru my smoke unpunished for any smokers out there dont smoke what's already smoked its annoying and a waste of a smoke
Do I need to worry about elevation while using omen's blind or can I just throw it and assume everyone in the blue box on the map will be blinded?
u do need to make sure ur not flashing too low cuz if u flash while facing downwards it'll go under the map. same with flashing too high

@@grecco4037 I have barely played Omen, maybe 7 games total. And I actually use my smokes unlike my teammates that instalock and don't even try to use it, or they just put the smoke in the exact same spot every single round. Usually it's a shitty spot that doesn't matter because no one ever goes there.
