Man I really want him to be successful in the NBA. I saw some weakness too in Today’s game, but overall I think he got a really good release so if he works on it more he will be a even better mid range shooter and a three point shooter. Also he is still in the progress of developing therefore I’m really looking forward for him to have a great career and become an even better player.
He began playing basketball very late like when he was 13 so there’s much room for improvement .once he gets his jumper he’s gonna be a threat!
Ye people say he won't improve cuz he's old but relatively to when he really started playing playing he's not that old look at jokic for example how much he improved I'm hoping to see Rui do the same cuz I love watching him play.
pizzaguy there are many players who became all stars who improved a lot during their career in the league. People tend to say that he is over 21 so he won’t improve that much but I really believe looking at how much he improved from last year, he’s potential is over the roof. Hoping that he will get a good development in the league not like fultz who became a bust after that shooting development m.

He's already a elite midrange shooter and is very skilled at getting to the rim. He has the athleticism and strength to be a star in the league.

I noticed he was very cautious with his landings. I love that so much, doesn't land on one leg. Very smooth smart game. Gonna be a great player for a long time when he comes into his own.
Really hope he slips and is around when the Spurs are drafting. Would be the perfect fit. Chip England works on his 3 point range, he learns solid, fundamental team defense, and the rest will be history. He could slide right in, be a starter at the 4 by midseason.

I don't think he slips past 15. I'm hoping the Heat draft him, he'd do well in Spo's "positionless" basketball.
Mock NBA draft boards have him pegged anywhere from late lottery to the late teens, so we’ll see. A lot will change between now and then. He’d do good in Miami however if he did end up in SA it would be an opportunity to win right away, maybe even get some playoff seasoning. We’ll see.

As the biggest Kawhi fan, i just found my 2nd favorite player to look forward on his playing.
He has huge hands and his offensive game is somewhat similar to Kawhi Leonard.

He’s good. Good defender, passer and has decent offensive plays around the rim. Now as many pointing out he can’t play bigs in NBA with his size so got to develop outside shooting and improve ball handling.

If Rui averages 20 points come all star weekend I think he will make it. And I am not sure what you are talking about LeBron...he was the captain last year All Star for the west. oh okay, you are talking about LeBron's rookie year. Considering John Wall is out, the Wizards will look to Rui to put up shots just so he can develop. Similar to Luca Doncic last year. It is even possible that Rui goes to the all star game but does not win Rookie of the Year. That could go to Zion, however the west is so loaded with good players, they will not have any room for him on the west all star team.
