    Ingredients:
    Mutton or beef liver - 500 g
    Onion sliced - 2 big
    Green chili - 10 to 12
    Coriander leaves - a hand full
    Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
    Tomato - 1 small
    Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    Jeera powder - half tsp
    Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
    Salt as per taste
    Oil - quarter cup
    Method:
    Soak liver pieces in water and add half tsp turmeric, half tsp sugar and half tsp salt to it. Let it soaked for 10 minutes. Meanwhile grind green chili and coriander leaves to a fine paste. Slice onions, chop tomatoes. Wash liver in water for 3 times at least. Add oil in a vessel, once hot add chopped onion, saute till translucent. Now add liver to it and saute till water evaporates. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Now add green masala paste and all powdered masala and salt, and saute well till oil separates. Then add chopped tomato and add half cup water and saute again. Cover with lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and remove from fire. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
