- New York Film Academy students gathered in a theater on the Warner Bros. studios lot in Los Angeles to watch a special screening of the indie comedy "Safety Not Guaranteed," and participate in a Q&A with the film’s star actress, Aubrey Plaza. The discussion was moderated by producer Tova Laiter and NYFA acting instructor Anne Moore. Plaza attended NYFA Summer Camp for Filmmaking.

This is a lot different from her Talk Show interviews. She's very genuine here - I like it.

She deliberately puts on an act in her interviews as she hates interviews-shes very sharp actually 👍
Hard not to like her
Right-she's still naturally funny but the level of awkwardness is toned way down. It's great.

She doesn't like the interview format of talk shows so she uses it as an opportunity to play around. This is a school she graduated from and the audience isn't here to be entertained but to be informed so her demeanor is different.
This is her at her most honest and helping all us weirdos out. I love her for this the most even though I’ve loved her for everything else. 🥰

Love Aubrey even more. So talented with all she does and watching her here to see her in who she is as Aubrey the person shows she has this genuine aura about her. Some actor's can be good actor's though be an ass as such in who they are yet this is so awesome to see Aubrey behind the acting. I wish her all the success ❤

sometimes when friends asked, or commented, on Aubrey Plaza, we used to say: -> anything she does publicly with a camera switched on somewhere, is also only performance - of what she patches together from whatever makes it more fun for her. Now this one here might be one of the very rare bits where she's really just herself, being here for the students. Great.

I think this video separares the fans from the "just curious". Anyone can watch and appreciate a 10 min interview with her, and boy, those are really hillarious and mindblowing. But if you´re a fan, you´re gonna want to see more of her.
Altough i do not qualify as a fan, because a few days ago i didn´t even know she existed, and i didn´t saw anything with her, movie or tv. It´s really weird. I became fascinated with her when i saw some interview´s bits and pieces, and i spent the last few days trying to figure her out , and i think i´m now starting to get there. And.. i think that´s it...

I am too old to go to NYFA, I am still finishing my filmaking studies at my country. I will begun late, but I never felt I haved any other way or "net" for my life. Maybe someday I could at least get in contact with Aubrey for a project. I really hope so.
