It’s amazing how they keep bringing him back for more pain. It’s like they think players are computers and the odd will eventually balance out. Not understanding that pressure is a human emotion that some people thrive under and others simply can’t handle. Kershaw can’t handle pressure, it makes him worse. And the Dodgers management has learned that lesson in 15 years

What is it about Chokshaw in the postseason? During the regular season he dominates teams and batters like almost no one in history but during the postseason against the same teams and hitters his ERA is nearly double over the regular season and he has a winning record in the regular season but a losing record in the postseason and he does it year after year after year and the only explanation is he's scared sh!tless and can't handle the bright lights of October. In my opinion kershoke has been the biggest disappointment in Dodgers History. He has the MLB Playoff record with Most Homeruns allowed (30) and has one of the Highest ERAs in Playoff History at 4.41. The Year the Dodgers won the World Series in 2020 he failed in against the Braves let the team down 3-1. If not for the Sports Heroics of Julio Urias 4-0, 1.17 closed out Game 7 NLCS and Game 6 World Series...We'd be without a World Series Title!

I'm a Giants fan so I enjoyed watching 10 minutes of Dodgers getting beat - but come on. The 2-run homer to Bryant with a 9-run lead is a choke? I mean, he won some of these games. The Dodgers won some of these series.
Though as a Giants fan...as long as I'm here, just thought I'd point out that Clayton Kershaw has allowed 19 earned runs in 38 1/3 World Series innings and Madison Bumgarner has allowed 1 earned run in 36 such innings. Bumgarner's World Series ERA is 0.25. If Kershaw wants to match it, he'll have to get to 684 innings pitched without giving up an earned run. So he's got 645 2/3 innings (1,937 outs) to go.
Much respect to Kershaw. A lot of these aren't really chokes. Wish he'd been a Giant this whole time. And also...well, there *are* chokes in the video, and those are a lot of fun to remember.

Some of these aren't chokes. The solo HR to Bryant when they were up 9-0 and he finished 6 IP 3 H? A double play that should have been made to end the inning? Going 6.2 IP with 3 earned vs DeGrom G1 NLCS - not great but hardly terrible. Solo HR to Murphy in G4 but went 7 strong apart from that. Solo HR to Bregman G1 of WS - he went 7 IP, gave up 3 hits, and punched out 11 in that game.
