As an ex-HCLite, I can say please avoid HCL as much as possible. Top management is unethical and policies are designed in such a way that you will not even know untill you face it individually like they deduct almost 2months salary at time of resign, 24*7 calls , no quality projects, no reply from HR section when require. These are to name a few only.

Hi, I requested CTS via mail to revise my offer from 10 to 14 with counter offer of 12 but without discussing they sent me the revised offer of 10.5. HCL agreed to revise my CTC from 10.5 to 14 based on my counter offer but still dnt receive offer. I will be relieving in a week from my company. Please suggest what can I do in this situation. Can I ask CTS again or I need to wait for HCL

I have paid the seat confirmation fee for the training period (Around 30k).I am currently at the 30th day of training and i got a job offer from infosys(3.6 lakh).In the offer letter of HCL,they mentioned that if I don't pay the full fees within 45 days of CRT,my admission will be withdrawn and any fee paid will be refunded.Should i join infosys and will HCL refund my initial fee.

I have job offer from HCL & Accenture 5 years experience. Fixed pay is almost same, only variable pay is different. HCL has 13% variable pay and Accenture has 27%.

Go for HCL because in Accenture you will not even get 50% of your vailable amount.
As variable pay in Accenture is a trap just to make CTC bigger.

My only fear is because of noida location of IBM, they may not have sufficient testing projects here so later they will ask me to relocate at the project location which I can't do because I am married now. And all required documents has been sent to HCL
Can you tell me what is the next process of HCL.
When HCL issue my offer letter.
Did your hr Round happened if no
They will first have your hr round then start the process to release offer letters.
To release offer letters they may tak upto 10 days

Hi sir In hcl for freshers there is a 2 years bond ,my doubt is they can terminate freshers if any performance issues are there in these 2 years or they didn't terminate upto 2 years?
Now most of the big mnc has bond
But termination will totally depends upon your performance
If you know you can learn so don't worry about bond
Lakh of people who had joined earlier they also had bond and they did well
Yes if you have another offer which don't have bond and it is relatively good company and giving good compensation then i would say join the company without bond

Probation period mean you are yet to be a permanent employee in the company
Almost all companies has this
During this period company can easily terminate you or you can leave company easily if any of you are not comfortable from each other.
@@TechFirdous Right now company providing training on Full stack java, as a Non CS Student I am unable to understand the training.After training incase I will not selected in projects related to full stack java,At that time company will deploy in other projects or what?

If they are hiring with 4.75 this mean they are hiring for developer role

Getting support or live project totally depends upon luck

But if you need experience letter you have to pay bond amount if there were any bond
Some people just resign and dont ask for relieving/experience letter and don't show that experience in future

I have an offer in tcs and cts. Cts is ready to revise offer letter(low package to good one) with my joining assurance. Today had a discussion and Cts is ready to offer more than tcs(1.3l). I got offer letter can I join? Minimum salary after 5 yr? Lucknow sez now 2.2lakh per annum
For 5 year experience you would have got more than 10 lakh.
But since your salary is less any salary over 8 lakh will be good
This should be your bottom salary.

If oracle wont increase salary and

@@vanaja5492 i asked my manager he saud based on billing these roles are provided. he said normally its for developers but if there is billing issue then these roles are given. Still i am not convinced with this cos why hcl designation is changed due to billing issues
@@vanaja5492 joining experience was ok, it was virtual joining, in april i got laptop at home but from may they said employee should pick it from nearest location only. also i got project on joining day only after calling my RM directly.

Join Company which don't have any Bond or having lesser bonds
Since both are having 2 years bond and both are having similar work culture or similar company so any of them will work
but if you see current trends then HCL is doing better
you may choose HCL over Tech Mahindra
but again it will be matter of choice both are almost identical company

Hcl is growing and ibm is well stablish company.
I would say go for counter offer if you haven't done earlier and
