Stephen Hackett oh please, Matthäus was the best German player of all time and one of the best midfielders of all time (obviously, Marvelous wins that). Infact, later on in his career he played as a sweeper for his excellent reading of the game, and basically won Germany a World Cup. Maybe I’ll edit decisions, I forgot, don’t call me crazy, but I believe gullit was better than iniesta. Just more complete.
