» WHERE IS NEPHI FROM?
I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but in the recent years I have been moving and living a lot in different countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to the nature of my work. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
» MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group bagged the "Gold Medal" in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
» WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.

Aku prefer penyanyi yg berani ambil risiko then kalah berbanding penyanyi yg play safe dan menang. Sebab tu setiap persembahan Marsha akan diingat sampai bila2 sebab lagu dia ada soul plus dia storyteller... sebenarnya Marsha boleh je nyanyi mcm biasa mcm dlm MV tanpa melebih2 tapi Marsha lebih pentingkan kepuasan fans dia berbanding kepuasan juri. Sebab yg buat Marsha bertahan dalam industri hiburan bukan dari juri tapi Fans dia..

Dear fans Marsha, jangan hanya kerana Marsha x menang apa², so you guys salahkan Marsha. Guys, kalau nak tahu Marsha dah buat yg cukup terbaik. She did great actually. Tak adil buat penilaian dari apa yg korang dengar kat TV.
Kalau nak dengar dengan lebih jelas macam mana vokal Marsha masa AJL sila lihat "Drum Cam Channel" Disitu jelas dengar vokal Marsha dari low register sampai high register. Hampir sempurna sebenarnya vokal Marsha macam dalam studio.
Yang cakap arrangement tak sedap tu, cuba dengar balik kat Drum Cam Channel. Anda akan menyesal sebab tiada masalah pun dengan Vokal dan Music Arrangement lagu Marsha. Meremang Dengar. So proud of Marsha Milan!
It has been 3 days already, i can't still move on with these two powerhouse female vocalists Marsha and Aina.. Their another level vocal performance still keep haunting in my head unstoppably..I can't understand why some reviews say that Marsha was screaming. To me not screaming , no sharp at all, so clean and neat.. and nice to listen to. If Marsha was screaming, I would have shut my ears

So u are saying marsha is shouting? I think its only some malaysian who heard it shouting including u. Did u saw the foreigners vocal coach reaction to this song. They all apreciate marsha vocal. No one said its shouting instead they said its a vocal technique. Marsha never play safe while singing. She know she can sing this song like in the MV but no, she gave it all with the new arrangement n level up pitch because she want to give satisfaction to her fans. Lets see who can cover this song like she did. She just bring this song to the another level on this ajl37 performance. I bet no one here in Malaysia can sing this song like she did. Please apreciate her effort. And u know what im a fan of this triplet vocalist Marsha, Aina n Ernie so i never taking any side of them. I love them all because they were the gem of Malaysia. Each of them has their own strength and weakness. And i always recomend them to the foreigners reactor. I just disappointed with some of aina obses fans who insult marsha voice when all marsha did is doing her best. Im Aina fans too so plis dont bring aina down with u all with u nasty behavior!
U also bring Siti Nurhaliza name here too. Yes, Dato Siti has a high, big n angelic voice but she was never a belting singer. But because of her manner, her gesture, her way of leading herself, she can be as big as she was right now. Because of her good manners she was loved by everyone till today.
