Our family visited local strawberry farm located near to home and had a upick activity recently. In this USA Tamil VLOG, we picked fresh strawberry fruit directly from farm land and prepared home made strawberry ice cream and jam. This Tamil VLOG shows step by step cooking recipe of both ice cream and jam.

🍨 Strawberry Ice cream Recipe
Strawberry 400gms
2tbsp to 4tbsp sugar (Depending on the sweetness you need)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup condensed milk
Freeze for 6 to 7 hours
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
🍓 Strawberry jam Recipe
750 gms of strawberry
300gms to 400 gms of white sugar (Depending on the sweetness you need)
1½ tbsp of lemon juice add while boiling
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I wanna share a small tip to u guys..
While washing strawberries please add some vinegar or baking soda in water and soak the berries for 30 mins....
Please do this guys cuz strawberry has lot of pesticides on it...
