Hiro, good afternoon from Germany!!! Great recipe made from scratch. You are simply the best and liking before watching is the thing because Hiro never fails!!!
You are one of the few channels I come back to time after time after time! I first made sushi because of this channel. And really precious to see handmade fishballs from scratch these days!Thank you!!! すごい!
Is it just me or or does anyone else hit the thumbs up before the video even starts.
good afternoon
yes cause they are always good. good afternoon.
Yeah but why spoil every bit of good food with soy sauce
Robert Arrowood I am going to report you to CZcams for not using the thumbs up correctly
i'm most impressed how Hiro fixed that high quality plastic wrap under pressure, he took a moment to think but made the right decision
Great presentation. I wish I was there to try a bite of everything. I love to watch you and yours skills.
Its been awhile since a long video was uploaded, more minutes means more satisfying and relaxing content to watch...at least in my opinion
0DD 0N3 yeah I don’t know why the trend for current attention spans are like 10-12 minutes
Thank you from Okinawa Japan
Another great video hiro! Love the presentation of the food ive never had this type of meal but the way you cook it makes me want to try it!
It is so mouthwatering. And I love it that he’s using a ponzu source instead of soy sauce. So he sauce is so strong and salty. Ponzu can be made plain, but usually has a little bit of citrus, or garlic, or ginger when you make it yourself.
Thank you Chef and Charles for all these amazing videos. I have learned so much. I am now able to dazzle my friends with my cooking skills thank to you both.
Thank you so much for showing this presentation. Fabulous.
Blessings
Looks good. I like how simple it is. Thank you for the recipe. I look forward to trying.
This is ASMR to my eyes
Justin Y. WHY DO I SEE YOU EVERYWHERE

Another recipe to try. I really do wish you would make a video of different ways of cutting vegetables and fresh fruit. Your meals not only taste wonderful I’m sure but they are really beautiful because of the way you cut the veggies. Thank you for another awesome video.

That knife is so sharp and slick and of course your amazing cutting talent along with it is just amazing...
Nothing like watching Hiro fillet a fish ..you are the knife master..Thanks heaps for my prize to guys.muchly appreciated..
Another terrific dish, Chef, thank you
I think Hiro was born with a knife in his hand
Signkae1 he best not go to the UK. He will be imprisoned!!! Those pesky knifes attacking people.
Because they can't have guns so their worst fear is knives, bats, machetes etc.
Leopold im not british i was poking or stabbing a little fun into the thread!!!
Signkae1 and you you born to be like
He cleanly sliced his way through the womb.
His knifeskills r so amazing to watch
Hmm yummy, thank you for showing how to make fish balls, very beautifully arranged❤
Great video as always, guys! 👌
Can you imagine an albóndigas plate, but instead of the meatball, it’s a fishball. 🤤
Anyone else love when hiro accent makes him say Nexso step rather than next step haha. Love your videos keep it up 👌

Good afternoon Hiro and Camera guy, can't wait to make something like this, yum!
I love to make fish ball from scratch. Your dish is very healthy and hearty looking.
Anyone else bothered by the 8 slices of daikon, but then only 7 of carrot? He had a perfectly good piece of carrot left over.
Hiro San that looked so delicious Domo for sharing!

I made fish balls using your recipe, it turned out great. Thank you for sharing
Hi Olivia, was the fish ball chewy? and bouncy?
@@tiengly it's quite bouncy. I use Caesionidae fish.
Good afternoon. Love your videos 👍👍👍
Before eating: Itadakimasu (いただきます) “I humbly receive, let’s eat!”. and
After eating: Gochisou sama desu (ごちそうさまです)
Long long time ago, for the sake of providing a good meal for its guests, the host would travel long distances by horse to search for fresh and quality ingredients. In return for the enjoyable meal and putting so much effort in searching high and low for the best ingredients, the guests said to the host “ご馳走様です” (go-chi-sou-sama-de-su).
The Kanji of “horse” (馬) is reflected in “chi” (馳) because back in the old days where cars were not yet invented, people travelled by horses. The following Kanji “sō” (走) basically means “run” which expresses the travelling required to find good ingredients.
What a deep explanation is this, thank you man 🔥✌️
LOOKS VERY TASTY! maybe time to refinish the cutting board starting to get big cuts. have a good afternoon
You should seriously consider writing a cookbook.
Good afternoon from Albuquerque New Mexico I love how he cut the carrot and other ingredient I forgot what it's called sorry like stars or flowers very Kawaii and looks delicious I love watching his videos so relaxing gets me in a cooking mood 😉😁
Chef Hiro is in good humor. It must be a good afternoon. :)
Huge fan from India🇮🇳 guys, luv your videos✌✌👍👍. Respect to the chef🙏🙏
very good!
Japanese food presentation is next to none! Good job 👍
That knife work is simply amazing @_@
hiro is a hero
oh my god this looks delicious
Look so delicious...
that looked very good, this is probably a silly question but what does the tofu taste like? I have never had it. Thanks for the vids you guys, I always love watching them. Can't wait till the next one. Thanks again.
It tastes like whatever you put with it. Has no flavor on its own but absorbs any flavor to taste like anything. It's pretty neat.
He can carve daikon into star, meanwhile I still have trouble drawing a star lmao
I wanna try it
Hello Hiroyuki and cameraman, squid is in season here (and inexpensive) so I plan on making fish balls with squid. Any suggestions or just basically the same. Thanks in advance.
I love fish balls! Tfs
Everytime they make a video, they basically have a good meal :D I’m jealous with the camera man :(
I'm coming to Miami to get my passport renewed. I want to come film and see you guys at the restaurant. I have a following as well.

Looks delicious
Very good afternoon Hiro
Im curious, do you make your videos when you are not working, or is this all you do, is make videos? either way im glad to have come across your channel and truly enjoy your creations even tho i can't eat them. lol
i love fish sticks and fish balls
Good chief 💯
Awesome video brother epic content 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏!!!!
Hello! great recipe! Why you did not use the wooden cap instead of plastic foil?
I really want to try out his food
Hello Cheff Hiro! Coul you recommend a place in Ft Lauderdale or Miami where I can buy quality Japanesse cooking supplies?
I was expecting to see you chop up some ginger or something along with the fish, to season and flavor the fish balls. But there are so many other flavors in that assortment of steamed vegetables, I guess the fish doesn't need any more seasoning, right?
So, in a restaurant setting, would the fish balls be made from the small/odd cuts while the fillets would be used for sushi or something?
*Hey i dont know if people eat it in other countrys but here in Portugal we eat snails And trust me soo good you guys should try it!*
I want one of those knives!
wow ....
Your the best cook
