Kathy Bates can be so terrifying. She looks like everyone's favorite aunt, I've heard she's a total sweetheart in person, yet when the role calls for it, she becomes a whole other level of scary. Such an amazing actress.

This scene always looked so visually stunning, it’s a shame this season was just so messy because it genuinely had some amazing parts. I feel that’s the case with most seasons of AHS, they usually have a few really amazing scenes and amazing cinematography and then it just kinda derails towards the end.
