He's okay I find it hard to say best ever when Norm Macdonald, Rodney Dangerfield and Louis CK was all way more hilarious but guess we all sometimes have different preferences thank Ozzy for that.
I love Breuer when he's in his element. I was attending an event in his lovely town and I went in to a tiny Cafe and upon leaving I passed very close to these two couples standing at a high top. It was a very small place. So I look up (I'm 5'6") and look Jim Breuer straight in his face. I have a true skill for faces not that you need one with him. He looked me dead in the eye with that same dull look we all know. lol. I just kept it moving. they were in the middle of talking investments or something. but it was pretty wild for me.
I went to his comedy show once and was walking past an alley and happened to look up and there he was. I asked him if I could get a picture with him once he was done on the phone and he was like of course. Then he asked me if I was there for him and I said yea it’s my first time seeing him. He was so nice

Wrong. When he had fans on stage playing a Metallica quiz game, these 2 dudes couldn’t get a single one right and so the audience started booing. Someone threw a beer at the 2 guys and Jim stepped in and told security to kick the person out that threw the beer
Was such a shock that he went with the whole “ Ozzy mumbles” angle.. I honestly thought this kind of comedy died in the 90 s.. wishful thinking I guess….
