Just a little reminder, You have a wanted level when you are being chased by the Police, You go from being pulled over to being lightly chased (Will just get ticketed when stopped) They get more aggressive when they are trying to arrest you if you run for a certain period of time. More time you run = more aggressive tactics. Also by default it gives you pop-up notifcations about if you are getting arrested or Ticketed, It's by default in the text box for Engine Overheating Tire Bursts etc.

They haven't changed the Police AI it's been this way since they have been able to chase you for breaking a law, I'm guessing his vehicle had some weird mapping of where the AI thinks it is how big it is etc and it's actual size, And it's heading too. So thinkin that the AI were seeing Camodo coming right for them or being bigger then how big the car actually was and were trying to avoid a collision at the pull over stage.

Just for note I know I’m late but the reason AI disappears when you reset is because most likely a piece of your car was stuck in the AI car or if your touching the ai and reset they will also disappear

As far as im aware all vehicles require front and rear bumpers, you have to have tires with traction and 2 mirrors. Other laws are by state for the most part
