I too wanted to crash my ship into the sun and then wake up on that familiar mountain pass with the gentle rumble of the cart.
I read this in a Nord accent. 😀
that would be cool as a gameplay function, not crashing, but refueling your ship by entering the crona of the sun or stars just like the Destiny ship in Stargate Universe, that ship design was so cool, it was steam punk in space, i loved it.
@@user-tp5yb4hr4w that's how you refuel in Elite Dangerous (if you have a fuel scoop in your load out). It's pretty cool, especially for exploring the black. o7 Commander! 😎
A Nord’s last thoughts should be of the cart to Helgen
Just give the modding community some time. I give it like two weeks, tops.
Your editing skills are insanely off the hook. This is utterly seamless. There's no way Cor isn't naturally part of Nirn. Even with that spaceship, nothing looks out of place.
Thanks a lot! I had a good week 😁
It's definetly more seamless than Starfield.
That's Dwarven technology
😊
😊
At the end of the day, Skyrim really is just home. You can play all the games in the world but eventually coming home is just the best feeling ever.😊👍
Well put, skyrim is home.
Home
Skyrim is our home.
My home is Liberty city
Skyrim is for the Nords
Your creativity is boundless.
I'd watch a whole movie made by Cornish.
Unlike starfield landing zones
Goddamn Cor is such a goddamn beauty, a real good lad. If all the people in all the world had a soul like his, we'd be in peace times always.
Came for the editing, stayed for the theatre.
I’m 200 hours into Starfield. I definitely like both it and Skyrim for different reasons. There’s more reason to max-out the entire skill tree in Starfield, whereas with Skyrim once I maxed out a few branches (destructive magic, two-handed, enchanting) . . . there wasn’t much incentive to access truly different outcomes with the other branches.
I struggled to get past 10hrs and quit at about 15. It just felt devoid of purpose or meaning.
@@michealvincent731then you haven't really paid attention to the main story or how it actually will relate to our future, because Skyrim's main story felt quite boring, every other story in the game was better than the main storyline of Skyrim. But I prefer space over fantasy because it's actually real.
@@aaronkessler315 I have to disagree with you there that I haven't paid enough attention. I just don't care enough about it
@@aaronkessler315 Space is real but sci-fi isn't lol
I would have thought you maxed out the Vocalization skill.
Love it! Perfect as usual. And yes, I think people will continue playing Skyrim for many years to come. They made something magical there that no other game can really compare with. Sick of work? World events too depressing to consider today? You can always load up Skyrim, go for a hunt, have a few meads at the tavern, find a nook or corner of the map you have never set foot on. A vacation like no other.
Absolutely!
couldn't have said it better myself, it's the gift that keeps on giving, especially with the lovely modding community
Hoping the next Elder Scrolls game has the same feeling... Maybe by then I'll be bored with Starfield 😂
Skyrims boring without mods. The modders kept it alive
After I restarted skyrim, honestly starfield could never
Jacket looks mega sick, fits the ship vibe very well.
I appreciate your unironic content. My heart needs authenticity rn and it makes me feel at peace.
Skyrim is a feeling
❤
Looks like you found Planet Nirn. Well done!
I haven't visit most systems but Inwould surprise if I find a planet similar to Nirn that takes you Cyrodiil or Skyrim. I did find a planet with many pine trees and snowy mountains. Close enough. I better get more stuff to craft my Outpost. 🏠
And 500 hours later, you have a planet with Medieval technology, a never-ending civil war and weird reptilian creatures flying about 👀
@@corcanish that's all we want 😎
This is amazing👏🏻
12 years later and I've played Skyrim to it's fullest six or seven times already: completed all the side quests, became thane of all the holds, finished every faction, and experienced almost all the mods. Yet, for some weird reason. There's always something that keeps drawing me back to it. Like my Mom's homecooking, i can't get tired of it. And perhaps I never will.
I've been expecting Starfield content from you. Very happy with that game. Just wish it ran better on my slightly dusty PC
Thanks! Yeah, it is quite demanding in terms of processing
@@corcanish
or it might be related to that giant flaw someone found in the game files that needs to be fixed.
Big flex in this episode, my man was literally looking for rocks last episode and his best friend went to be a farmer, now he skrrrts up in a spaceship, like " U sure you don't want to follow me?"
I've never even played Oblivion, and even I absolutely lost it when I saw the 'By Azura' guy return in Starfield!
You do what you can when you can, Cor. Every upload is appreciated and enjoyed. We'll be here :)
Would be cool to see an episode of all the close buds you made in Starfield! :)
Good to hear that the game is similar to Outer Worlds since I loved that game. Of course I quickly turned that game to friendship simulator and just spent time with my crew instead of completing the game
A wholesome way to play Outer Worlds for sure!
When the world needed him most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's nice to see you back in skyrim just don't bring any cliff racers
Or *explicative* heatleeches!
My plan is to buy Starfield in a few years when I can get all DLCs lumped together, the bugs have solutions, the mods are developed, and when we realize we will be waiting for twenty years for Starfield II. I'm sure Bethesda will re-release it at least five times. Your video was amazing as always, and I look forward to future Starfield content.
Thanks a lot! I did that with Fallout 4 as well. Starfield is luckily the most bug free Bethesda release, but I can't wait to see what the modding communities do with it
Most bug free, but most crashful one, I got it and couldn't play it so yeah left a bitter taste in my mouth@@corcanish
I waited until a month ago to play Skyrim for the first time lol, I'm an old hand with Bethesda and suffered many many hours of frustration back in the DOS days haha.
“All DLC” there’s only one planned, bro.
And not $70 fecking dollars. Seriously, Bethesda, It's Space Fallout 4. You're not that company.
You know what, I think as the years go by Bethesda and modders will add on to the life of Starfield. Starfield has a very long life ahead of it.
I want to find that planet! 😂
as a critic and enjoyer of Bethesda games for good and bad that they sometimes are, I have been enjoying myself with Starfield far more than I expected it, I would never call it a masterpiece but it doesn't need to be for me to spend time on it and feel satisfied with the wonders of this game
Starfield is a masterpiece
The fact is, if you’re a fan of Bethesda games, you’ll love Starfield. Of course it’s not perfect, just like no Bethesda game is perfect, but those flaws are some of the funniest and most entertaining things in video games today lol.
Well at least you could fast travel there
I don't even play Starfield, but this is still the coolest thing I have ever seen! Your talent never ceases to blow my mind! 🖤
Such a beautiful appreciation of all BGS games in this format. They really do feel like living, breathing universes.
Nice work blending different BGS settings together. It feels so right, as if they belong to each other.
What does BGS stand for?
@@SamuIise Bethesda Game Studios.
You are a comfort in this day & age I always look forward to hearing of your adventures
The return we all needed. I got way too excited for Starfield, truly hoping as you did that it would be Skyrim in Space. However the StarMap selection and Fast Travel, as well as the Procedural-generated copy/paste of the same 6 Facilities once you get there (insert Abandoned Medical, Secret Military or Civilian Outpost here) truly broke my heart!
Long live Tamriel and Cor Canish
Yes, I bet that the longevity of Skyrim's entertainment value gor modt players is not due to radiant quests. I hope Bethesda cuts down on future efforts at creating procedurally generated content. It's not what keeps me playing.
And thanks a lot!
@@corcanish we should start a new Hashtag #LessRadiantMoreRadiance
"Here I can go anywhere"
That hit hard.
This is just delightful. I love the editing of your series.
Seeing a spaceship land in Skyrim so seamlessly was great, well done! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the game.
I agree with your points on Starfield. I'm also really liking it after 20ish hours with it, despite some of the shortcomings. Thanks for making all of this cool content for us! Looking forward to seeing what you have coming up. Be sure to take all the time you need with the videos to stay on top of your game. Take care of yourself!
Starfield is an utter soulless failure.
"Wait, gotta park this thing" sent me over the edge, too good!
Thank you for all your effort! I'm seated to see what is next :)
This was awesome...I too played Skyrim after Starfield and honestly, it plays very similarly :)
Welcome back!
I love these videos and your style so much, they're such a good balance between being grounded in reality and escaping it for a little while
There is something so calming, surreal, and peaceful about your videos. Your editing skills are, how you say…. Out of this world! Amazing!
What an exciting, pleasant surprise! 😍
And it's aweholesome as always (think I'll give you this new word, it's yours now)
No matter what world I explore, in this reality or in other games…I always return to Skyrim.
That was beautiful and amazingly crafted. Love it!
This was a genius idea. Always love Cor videos and have been waiting for something like this from ya. Wonderful as always.
welcome back cor!!
Amazing as always!!!
Redguard scientist returning from his field trip to Ald Sotha (Masser), colourized:
this was so amazing. omg. your so awesome to make these. thank you.
Your thoughts on Starfield are appreciated! It gives me extra hope. I'm gonna give it time though, and hopefully buy it on discount. I'm excited for when you release Starfield content! I think it'd be stellar 😉✨
Future Adventures may always await in the stars but sometimes fate brings you back to the small worlds of our past❤ great vid
i’m so happy you created this crossover! i can’t imagine how long it must take to cut out each object & add them all together & get the npc’s lines to sound how to want them to… it’s a true masterpiece
Thanks a lot, it has gotten easier after doing a lot of them. 😊
Bro the way you matched your lighting with the lighting in skyrim. Its the little details that make this so immersive. Subscribed immediately 👏👏
It's a good day when Cor drop a vid :D
10/10 no notes the work here is amazing
you are a good producer! natural talent man!!!! you set the mood and made it feel nostalgic!
The lighting is just brilliant. Always excited to see a new upload from you :D
Skyrim/Starfield is a crossover I didn't know I needed until now, thank you.
Modders would definitely find a way to add Skyrim into Starfield.
@@JadeMythriil Full Nirn?
@@GuardianR105 maybe. But only a few spots would be tailor made. Landing anywhere else would be procedurally generated.
@@JadeMythriil Ah yes, I forgot about that portion of Starfield.
@@GuardianR105 if it becomes a community project, many modders could just dot the whole Nirn planet with thier own spots.
Have you ever considered doing playthroughs and having a channel for that? Would be fun to watch!
I was yes! Might do soon
Your videos make my day whenever I see them. Thanks so much for being awesome.
Wow! This is so well done! A pleasure to watch.
Loyal fan base reporting for duty SIR, thank you for the video SIR, may I have another, SIR ❤️
That's how I feel too. Installing Skyrim again. :)
Bro. Glad to see you're new material! This brought some good feels
This is amazing! And what a quick job considering the length of the video
Thank you, your videos are stunning and hilarious! 👌🏾
@@corcanish I appreciate it!
Honestly I really liked the idea of Starfield, but who the heck makes a space rpg without any sentient aliens? We know they can add in other races (Skyrim, Oblivion, ect) so it's not like the tech isn't there. I just can't fathom playing a space game without sentient aliens, so I'm going to skip Starfield. Seriously, who would make a space game and not put sentient aliens in it???
That's what I said. I was expecting halo 2 where we bridge the gap between aliens and humans despite intergalactic relations.
@@ServantofAnubis007 Same, I have no idea why Beth choose to do this, other than they where too lazy to do it
@@reeceyb505 there's this great sci Fi movie called Arrival. I thought that was a great template for what Starfield could be. It would be a great call back to Fallout 1 when you reason with The Master.
You should try Starsector. No aliens, only humans and their horrible creations.
we often judge Bethesda when comparing the masterpieces that is Obsidian Games, but if there's a game that redeems Bethesda it is definitely Starfield
Oof
I haven't tuned into your content for a little bit. It's good to see that your editing skills are still awesome and even better than ever!
Can't wait for more content. You are an incredibly talented producer, as you've surely heard
This channel has such an abiding spirit to it. Quiet, thoughtful, joyous. I love that you have friends who miss you, there in Whiterun and here in the comments. Thank you for sharing with us
Your comment made me smile! Thanks ❤
thank you for another amazing video Cor
your dedication is valued. always love to see another vid from my favorite redguard
sometimes youtube recommends a good video and i'm glad it recommended this video
The music of Skyrim will forever be untouchable. Just as good as the first time you heard it.
This video just made my day! Thank you, amazing work!
Giving the adoring fan a lift back to his hone universe.
Oh goodness, the Adoring Fan at the end lolol LOVE it, Cor!!
got very cozy feeling from this. 😌
*editing is so seamless, very good gob! 🙏
Best way to review the game! Super creative and fun, and delivers. Congrats an Thanks for it. :)
Did not expect the adoring fan part. Perfect! Your editing is brilliant.
This is wholesome, really love it! really good editing!
dude this is really cool lmaoo.. man i wish i found you sooner, so i can learn to make really good quailty stuff like this, you are very talented. thanks for the video lol
this felt like returning back home from a very long trip and
you get to tell everyone about it
Well done man, very well done! I really enjoyed this!
Thank you for remaining me how amazing Skyrim is, I got a nostalgic and a comforting feeling after watching this video. Like going home after a long ... long journey.
That was top tier bro, absolutely fantastic. I wish more switching back videos were like this
Thanks for taking the time for a quick video!
Great video, finally some content, most of the starfield uploads are pieces of the quest, I recognize your effort, keep at it !
Yeah. I played Skyrim through 5 times and haven't played it in years, but I still have a bunch of wallpapers on my laptop collected over years. I loaded up my last save a few weeks ago and just walked around each major city. It was nice to see old friends. Lol
Didn’t even need too see the video love it
Amazing. Put together wonderfully.
It is feasable, Nirn is the planet where the Adoring Fan came from.
Bro.. this is top notch content. Beautiful editing. You have received a subscribe my friend
Another epic video from Cor (who could have seen this coming)
Great stuff as always!
Hella creative and funny😂 subbed. It looked like you were actually on Nirn
It took me a full minute to relative this wasn’t clipped and color corrected using footage from movies.
AMAZING WORK!!!! HOW YOU MATCHED THE LIGHTING WITH THE ACTUAL GAME WORLD IS JUST A MASTERY OF EDITING AND FILM
Hah, thanks!
Seriously underrated channel. Amazing editing!
Bro that was an awesome video! And besides, Landing back in Skyrim felt like home. But starfield has something in it as well.
The editing is so clean that I forgot the guard wasn't voice acted for this video.
Insane and clever editing, friend. You've earned a sub!
Pleasantly surprised to see a Starfield video, but you seem really happy about it ^^ Your videos are always so refreshing to watch, your demeanor and composure instil peace of mind
Thanks a mill! Yes, quite happy with it despite everything 😊
Well done. That was really fun!
