YE judges sabse bada bhai bhatijawaad ko follow karte hain inki koi accountability nahi hai inke faisle Galt hote hain to inko suspend nai kiya jata, kya lower court ke judges alag kanoon ki kitaab padh kar aate hain jo gareeb logo ko high court aur Supreme Court jana padta hai, judges ka attitude kabhi bhi aam janta ke prati jimmedar nai hota ye sirf ego se bhare hote hain, lower courts ke staffs ki halat inti kharab hai salary ho ya work pressure ke mamle ke in sab ki koi sun ne wala nahi.judges itna power show karte hain staffs par ki log pressure me kaam karte hain. Ye judges khud ka hit janta ke sewa k sewa ke aage ralhte hain aur facilities sarkar ku deti hai inko itna jabki desh ki sena kahin jyada jaan laga kar sewa kar rahi hai unko milni chaiye facilities. Ye kabhi field me jakar janta ke bich me jakar kaam nahi karte. Indian judges are highly egoistic, highly corrupt

Minister Rizzu says that the Indian courts should work in the regional languages. It is a laudable objective, but requires a lot of groundwork. The judges come from all over India and not always local. That means there should be translation facilities, for example, a Tamil speaking judge of the Gauhati HC might need a translation of the court proceedings from Assamese to Tamil or English and vice versa. This becomes nightmarishly complex when you need to cover all the regional languages of India. Isn’t this the reason that India still uses English as the link language even after 75 years after independence? A better thing would be continue with English, but provide a translation into local language, perhaps thru an auto translation software that is readily available.

क्या कोर्ट अथॉरिटेरीयन/dictator नहीं हो सकता जब वो किसी के लिए answerable ना हो ? अगर CJI कोई crime करता है ( जैसे कि उन्होंने अभी ही “ पद और गोपनियतता के oath” को violet किया) ! कल वो देश का बाँकी गोपनीय / संवेदनशील डॉक्युमेंट्स को reveal कर दिया तो ? … उसपे कौन action लेगा ?
President has given power in constitution to take action on CJI and judiciery if found guilty but generally president suggest judge to leave the position else judge or CJI has to gone through impeachment process in Upper house and his job will terminated if it's passed .
