Lol no, the lyrics have nothing to do with this, it's the music that sounds awfully like Sabaton. The influence can be heard on the last few albums but it seems like Bloodbound went full Sabaton on this one.

You guys might at some point want to consider the amount of times "Sabaton" is mentioned in the comments of your new songs. Heard the new album. Hardly 2 or 3 songs resemble Bloodbound anymore.
Can you pepole just stop compering sabaton and bloodbound this is nothing like sabaton just beacuse they make songs that are diffrent from Thier old stuff i think its good that Trys to do diffrent things with thier music instead of making The same songs for the 30000 thousandth time

Tears of an dragonheart on war of dragons had a Sabaton feeling over it. Likewise the synth on rise of the dragon empire. The new album just seems to be Sabaton with a more non deep vocal and about wars in a fantasy setting. I dunno if i am disapointed. Maybe a little. Despite that they always has sunded like any other power metal band, they have always mixed so they did not end up sounding like one specifuc band. :/
