@@mrnoble6742 hi, I think it was one of the documents I had they asked me to make an extra copy of. No I didn’t have to submit original anything they were all copies :)
Printing the doc doesn't make any sense honestly

Thanks for the information. Please i want to know if they will retain the expired passport or give it back to me after the biometric. I have my visa stamped on it but the problem I have is that my passport is expiring soon and i need to renew it.

Flight ticket to where? I currently live in the USA and only went to renew my passport. Wasn’t asked any question about flight.

No I didn’t need the card but just went with a copy of the NIN slip. 3 weeks + I mentioned in the video as well. Thanks 🙏🏽

I am in the process of renewing my expired Nigerian Passport in DC and have completed the application. My appointment is for September 2024. I believe I heard you mention something about Acknowledgement Slip but all I have is the Passport Application Form and Passport Payment Receipt. Kindly help. Thanks and keep up the good work.

@@osiumeh6261 Got it. So, I need to first, schedule an appointment and then do a walk-in, correct? Can I book a family appointment or do I have to book it separately? Thank you very much for your input. My passport has expired for more than 10 years.
No. When I booked my appointment, the next available date was September so I did some research and found out that they take walk ins for additional $100. So u need to book appointment first and if u don't like the date the system gave u, u can just do the walk in. U don't need to book walk in. Just go with all the required documents. I don't know where u live and what's applicable there. The information that I stated here is for Washington DC embassy. Other locations may have different procedures. U just have to check the website of wherever u are for additional information

Hi no I didn’t. Yes I had to write my address and full details with a pen
can you do a walk in ? i heard you can do a walk in and pay additional $100 if you come without appointment?

I decided to go to Nigeria with my expired passport because my traveling date is very near and the only appointment I was able to get at Nigeria embassy is by November this year whereas am traveling to Nigeria by April. So I plan on doing it once I get back. We are allowed to travel to Nigeria with expired passport provided you have another passport that can bring you back. I have a valid US passport.
What exactly was the document that you were missing?
I didn’t miss any. They just really wanted me to print out extra copies lol. Documents listed at their office were added to my caption so those are the ones to go with :)
