That is amazing! Everything down to the rotating roof lights and even an actual rotoray! No other country can even compare how great their firetrucks are compared to ours! Sorry Europe. American firetrucks are better!

These ladder trucks is made from a Tamiya Globeline kit, the rest of the truck is scratch-built.

Thanks, most of these fire trucks are selfmade so you can't buy them. You could only take a look on ebay etc.

Martin Whitehurst take apart an rc car and you'll find the motor with the gear on it that's used to push the vehicle then take the plastic gear off and replace it with a homemade rotary using diecast parts, wire in the lights with the motor and hook it up to the battery its basic circuitry

Sure wouldnt mind buying these fire trucks the chiefs car and other emergency vehicles with these kind of minature revolving lights.
Pretty sure the cost would be around few thousand dollars due to all the hard crafting it took to install these lights.

Depends on the person. Sometimes they will do it for fun.
The materials can get pretty expensive, along with tools if your just starting out, building a fully functioning model is basically the same as building the real thing, electrical, basic frame work, and good measurements, and the right tools
