1. When you are trying extracts, we recommend the Competition Strength. Those spice-pain makers used some science to make things extremely hot and so we responded in kind with our most potent strength elixir.

Hi there Trust me most people do drink some milk . for me depending on what i do if its giving me a nice burn afterwards i will drink something milk or a yougart drink. just to clear the throat but to be honest nothing really works just let it come down itself 30 mins tops and your fine.

Roger I think was the 1st to review the spray but with the Challenge bottle where I just purchased the normal bottle 2 different reviews on both bottles I would need to get the other one to see what the difference between the 2 are .The Normal version takes some of the heat away but by what Roger says the challenge version is stronger and the burn is less

Both are way 2 different burns to start with the lollipop just sits and burns where the sauce is instant and then comes down .
