- We continue heading west and make our next stop in the country town of St George! We free camp a short drive out of town and spend two days exploring this beautiful town and the surrounding cotton farms!

there's a good free camp at the Nindigully pub if your near by and good silo art at Thallon bit to south of the pub
Loved this episode. St George is a lovely town. We visited there pre COVID. Bought some of that port but it’s still sitting In the cupboard 3 years later. You did a good job in showcasing the town. Thanks for sharing and we look forward to where you go next.

You have just dodged a bullet inLaidley as the Lockyer Valley is under flood. Also, fyi, if you are ever in Qld. again, I recommend going to Goondiwindi & doing the Goondiwindi Cotton Co. tour.

good to see St George ! the river looks good! and you saw riversands bottle of f*cking good port . when I was there last year saw a entire hiway side road covered in cotten like fallen snow. the irrigation drains are impressive. you've definitely got your roof top tent on the right side I reckon . and these storms were the start of last week's floods .

Until you get your awning I’d spin the rooftop around so your getting in and out kerb side
That way if you need to access it when your pulled over on the side of the road it works better 👍

Cheers! Yep there is full Telstra service for internet and phones. And i believe the info centre has wifi!
Entertaining. Have you ever consider Khalara 2x2,5 or 2.5x2.5 black edition awning? I got both but sold 2.5x2.5. Thought about 270 awning too heavy on the wagon and expensive. I got 2x2.5 awning used the insect fly screen to keep bugs away. You should consider it to do work. Or buy awning tent if u don't like roof top tent. Just a consideration
