CJ, Like the RRL. Heel looks a tad high. I also have the Rio’s Rust rough-out Work Boot from Kemo Sabe. Love them. Hey you have some influence with some companies and distributors. I would love to get some rough out ropers from Rio’s in Green or Olive. I know Luchesse had some ropers in green but no longer available. I know that green/olive is different but I think it goes good with black, brown or blue jeans/pants. If you ever see olive colored rough-out boots , please do a review. Thanks, Chas

Just getting caught up with a couple of your videos that I've missed(shame on me-right>! :D ). Your PA friend seriously scored an EXCELLENT gift. In my opinion, literally one of the best ways to walk into the New Year. Those are are some seriously handsome roughout boots! I am fond of them too but don't have a Wear and a Spare pair that you do. Good thinking. Do you suppose that you can train yourself to stride differently? If you can determine what it is in your gait; you might be able to correct it and rescue your foot attire heels in the process. Lastly, one of the reasons I got behind in my viewing habits involves you to some degree. Last year, you had a really nice denim shirt for sale and I caught the video it was introduced on within a couple of hours of it being published. I was seriously-seriously angling to buy it. But as I was looking up something; I came across the authentic shirt worn by Yul Brynner's Gunslinger character from the Original Westworld movie. I mean it's the ORIGINAL shirt and not just an onscreen or stunt double's costume. The problem is: it cost $7000.00 USD...And that got me to thinking. I could buy your shirt as a consolation prize or sew my own replica of the Westworld shirt. That is what I am literally doing at this moment. I bought a pattern, fabric and other materials and am in the process of replicating the shirt. It will NOT be an exact copy but more of an "inspired by" garment. I've been practice sewing by hand(actually, I can sew quite well by hand but needed to brush up on machine sewing) and machine in advance of working on the Replica and now you're caught up.... Be a Boot.

Rios boots come with a full insert. I size up a half size because I wear them with the insert. If you don't want to wear the boots with an insert then purchase a 13D.

I am a 9D in Red Wing and a 9D in the RRL x Rios
They're beautiful, no question. Problem is they're $890 because RRL takes their cut. Get a similar boot from a Rios dealer and they're closer to $700
I agree 100%! They accidentally put them on sale the first day. I was able to get them for a much more reasonable, palatable price.
