Got a question for you kiwi, what decks do you play and like which are your favourites and stuff? Will we get a vid of you showing your favourite decks or do you stick with collecting?
Ooooh that is a great question. I enjoy playing commander and only have physical decks built for that. I have quite a few, but my #1 is my Ezuri, Renegade Leader Elfball deck (was also my first commander deck). Alibou, Ancient Witness is probably sitting in second. Otherwise I also enjoy playing constructed formats on Arena, I just don't have the stomach to buy the cards irl.
products like these are something i really wish pokemon could nail, they are so hung up on nostalgia for base set that we get absolutely nothing to celebrate the history of the game outside of that.
yugioh does a pretty bang up job similar to mtgs offerings but i think wizards has really figured out how to honor the history of their game
Totally, they are always looking back at the original 151. I think Yu-Gi-Oh nails it compares to magic unfortunately the 30th anniversary offer didn't quite meet the mark in my opinion. That set aside they are doing awesome!
