Chef Jp really knows how to articulate his feelings towards the food he eats. Kaya ramdam namin kahit nanonood lang. Someday makakapag travel din ulit.
Its proven that there are some carinderias who offer more delicious food than some fancy restaurants. Classic way of cooking. Simple ingredients. Dishes turned out great.
Love how you criticize the food, so genuine that it seems like you are already teaching someone how to cook it just by the way you are describing it. Indeed a great chef!
) I love your technicality the love, the passion, the feelings, full of soul. Buong buo, Sarap panoorin chef JP!
Anthony Bourdain of the Philippines. Watching chef JP's vlogs suddenly makes me a kinder person, and to just love enjoy life, and wherever we are, to not forget to smell the roses, in chef's parlance ( to not underestimate cooking of hole in the wall restaurants).
O daym! Sa kanto namin yan! You've been here, chef Jayps! 😍👏👏🔥🔥🔥 Trivia pala diyan. Bagong lugar lang nila diyan. They used to be sa Banawe street mismo. Fernando's talaga name nila dati. Then they moved there to a bigger location sa Sct. Alcaraz.
First time watching this. Believe or not, I always frequented the place with “the boys” during the get-together as this was near the school we all are part as personnel. This was our hangout prepandemic days. Sarap ng inihaw nila and of course the kaldereta. Miss that place, but we hope this year, “the boys” can gather again to eat and celebrate.
Anak, sobra akong naglaway nman, thank God napa subs ako sayo at least napaligaya mo ako sa lasap lng, hahaha,, senior here, your lola fan😘sending love!
i love to see how Chef JP reacts whenever he tastes his food. sa totoo lang, nakokopya ko na yung pagtaas mo ng dalawang mga kilay kada titikim or aagree ka na masarap talaga ang pagkain. and also, one thing na napansin ko, he is a professional chef, pero mga OG Carinderias and places ang pinupuntahan instead of fanct restaurants and other places na medyo pricey..
Good day Chef. another nice episode chef. Hungry plang pinapanuod n kita my favorite episode sa Hungry is ung sa Real Quezon, Eating Dinner,Lechong baboy habang kumakain sa Ilalim ng puno. Keepsafe chef. God Bless. Enjoy watching here in Bulacan.

I'm an industrial engineer by profession but this life, this kind of lifestyle is what the most of us are working and wanting. The peace, sanity, and passion, i hope one day i get to experience this kind of trips.
Chef JP you're a Very down to earth guy! I love how you dive into these small carinderias and enjoy their food. Makes me want to visit them as well. Thank you Chef!.
Chef , you have a very legitimate, humbling and honest description of every dish you eat in any carinderia or restaurant. I can imagine the food in all its preparation, I'm not a professional Chef like you but I can cook by your own description of the dish itself. Thank you for sharing this journey to food heaven ,!!!!
Galing nyo po Chef! Finding hidden gems sa metro! I remember ung mountain biking and cycling days dati mostly sa areas ng Laguna and Batangas. Mga carinderias tlga ang go-to para sa lunch and merienda! Kakamiss!
Such a natural, raw and very informative content, Chef JP! Sobrang solid panooring ng vlogs mo humahaba na listahan ng hole in the wall list ko haha. More power chef! 🙌🏻💯

Usually for kambing, adobo sa gata is the best. And totally agree with the caldereta chef! Nakakapang laway. ❤️❤️❤️
Chef, sa camp crame, may food court sila dun sa 2nd floor malapit sa cidg. Havent been there in years due to an assignment in a different area but I used to go to jack's for kambing and the stall beside it sells dinengdeng and kilawing tawilis and/or dilis. Sa camp aguinaldo, at soldier's mall, they also have quite a few choices for kambing. As of 3 years ago, if you're facing the entrance, there's a stall right beside the water refilling station that has a kambing selection. PNGCC has quite a selection din of filipino food. Their cooks are bisaya and ilocano. Last went there around 2 months ago.
I enjoy watching your food vlogs Chef JP. Walang arte, arte, maski sa trunk ng kotse or upuan ng motorsiklo kumain, naka kamay/fork and spoon, ok lang! Btw, my family and I loved your food in Sarsa! Especially, the chicken I nasal and kansi! Stay safe chef.
Chef JP i like your journey promoting pilipino culinaire..sabaw na ulam nah..first if i go sa Restaurant I check 1st! ung rice nila..my style is 'ung floppy ..my adobo i add saffron or sayote powder..tagalog style a lot's of crushed whole black peppep , bay leaf..sauce gonna be reduced to thick sauce👌
