    Empathy building is good, but it does not replace good user research. They need to be a part of the product process.

    I disagree on some points.. imagine if Steve Jobs had listened to the people who basically told him that his idea is not working. Imagine if he gave up every time something goes wrong... but I think we have to agree to disagree.. only a dreamer and a visioner can see what he can achieve and what he can brings to the table that is why you hire them...Thomas Edison , Albert Ernestine are People who refuse to take ‘No’ as a solution.
