Ryobi Link Vacuums DON'T make my mistake!!

- I made a simple mistake,but it really messed up my plans for my Ryobi link rolling tool chest. I was able to correct the mistake and learn about some cool features in the process.

I picked up the 1gal and decided to keep and got the 3gal too. The 1gal will be for cleaning the car and quick cleaning; the 3gal will be for when I need I do remodels and need more capacity. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for sharing your uses, I decided to keep the 1 gallon for bench top clean up. Are you using the Link tool boxes when you do remodels?
I have the 1-gal vacuum not the strongest suction but plenty enough for what I use it for.
I have not tried using the 1 gallon vacuum with my track saw yet. I should see how it works.
Got the 1 gal to vac up the cars. Its great, more than enough power.

Finally someone who has the two new vacuums and the old one! Can you tell me if the newer ones are any quieter then the old one??
I do not have a way to measure decibels. If the new vacs are quieter, it is not noticeable to my untrained ear.
what was that adapter you adapted for the nail guns? I had to turn mine sideways which is okay but takes more room than I like
It looks like one of the LINK reversible hooks, with the hook removed.

If you're open to 3d printed 4v holders, there are some neat ones being sold on Etsy
I have made a few 3D printed holders. They are neat, but some prints are not as strong as I need. I might not have my setting good when I am printing the parts.
Drill a hole on each side of the shelf and put a long enough bungee cord to sag a bit for the paper towel roll and boom quick disconnect towel holder

How does the 1 gallon Ryobi compare to the m12 fuel? Anyone know?
I do not have any other vacuums, but I will try to find someone that does so we can do a comparison
So basically the vacuum itself is great You're just making a decision based on the fact that it doesn't fit on your toolbox?
You are correct, I really like the small vac and I did decide to keep it. I have mounted it on the wall near my rotary tool area for easier clean up.

@@uncannyrecovery3980 it is hard to beat the price, I was going to return it, but the price was worth hanging on to it.
So that’s the 3 gallon unit that actually has the bottom link slots.
It does have the link bottom slots and it is great!! Anytime I move around the work area it is easy to set up the tool box and vac for any tools I am using.
