It's just a bad question. There's no good way to answer without sounding biased. By allowing our thousands of reviews to speak on our behalf, we tried to provide a more objective response. We just launched on Amazon and have 4.8 stars there already too. Plus, just look at the water pressure in the stage set - it's clearly awesome ;)
@@tandemshower it's not a bad question though? she's putting herself in the shoes of the costumer, and you admitted on the show it's valid concern that you and many potential customers both had. just sounded so weirdly evasive lmao. she asked a very direct question and you gave the answer to a different one. saying "it does reduce the pressure, but not so much that our customers aren't happy with the product. 4.8 stars + this is our return rate etc" literally would've been fine because it feels more honest than skipping over what she asked entirely
@@iizou1738 Lol you may not know this but pitches are longer than 8 minutes. We're up there for like 40 minutes. Obviously all of those points are raised. The pitch then gets edited down to amplify the drama to achieve whatever their marketing goals are. Anyway, appreciate all the feedback. Looking forward to when you go up and pitch ;)

Kevin is right in this one. When somebody else makes an offer, Mark will swoop in and say this is a bad deal. When Mark offers a deal, take it or leave it non negotiable.
If they want to build brand, the sharks say they need to focus on the product. If they have product they say they will not invest, since it's not a brand.
Was thinking exactly this, I assume it’s just a easy way out to not hurt their feelings but they do flop back and worth on that statement constantly, curious what the criteria is for each category to go one way or another

@@vegapreferred9344 yeah but even at the less % they offered to Kevin, Mark’s point was it was STILL too much. $600k for 20% would be a $3M valuation. Mark thought they were worth much more and shouldn’t settle, probably wanted them to offer like $600k for 10% or something!
@@KLBL-dp8mcit's not that he thought they were worth much more than that. Had that been the case, he'd have taken the offer himself. The point he was making was, if they actually believed in those sales. (1.5 this year, and 5 next) the investor would be getting about 650,000 at a 50% net (and they actually said it was over 50%.) they wouldn't be offering that much of their company. It makes literally no sense. They're basically just giving it away.

First time I've seen Kevin going out because the enterpreneurs were indecisive. Normally he is surprisingly patient and "civil", always letting the enterpreneurs think and to hear the offers of other sharks (unlike any other shark honestly).
They showed no respect for the 2 offers that’s why

I think this is probably one of those cases where the editing made the negotiations seem a lot quicker than it actually was. Remember that these pitches are usually 1-2 hours long and edited down to 8-12 minutes when we view them

I own one of these and the pressure does suck if you try to use both shower heads. When you speak to support they give you a run around.
What you want them to do ? hotfix your pressure ? it's simple fluid mechanics. What did you expect would happen ?

The pressure or volume is most certainly going to be an issue.
Probably 4.7 rating because it actually got the two of them in there together. At that point water pressure was not considered.

Of course the sharks can’t relate to this product, they’re filthy rich! This product is aimed at couples that can’t afford a real double shower or don’t want to do a demo of their bathroom to have one. Though the water pressure question is valid and they didn’t really answer. Such a great idea though!

The poor water pressure isn't because of this product. It's because a shower line is 1/2". That runs off of a 3/4" line. When the water is diverted from its original route to a second route, it loses pressure. Has nothing to do with the product itself.

Don't be ridiculous. Her pressure point was spot on. The furthest shower head will get half or less than half the pressure. If your water pressure isn't great in the first place, except to only a trickle with this product in place.

First, an increase in the value of your home is only relevant if you are planning to sell it in the near future. Second, I doubt that adding a second shower head would actually affect your home value.
