I think I've bought a game from Owen before and I may have seen you at Good Times Game House last week, playing The Castles of Burgundy Special Edition. I was actually playing it as well on another table.
When Ra is invoked with a full auction track, all players can pass. If they do, all tiles are removed from the auction track. If Ra is invoked when the auction track is not full, the Ra player is only forced to bid if everyone else passed.
@27:00 you made an error. The auction tiles you win are collected and THEN the disaster tile is resolved.
