- This is the video for crossfire, as i dont really play this map much i again didn't have any demos to go over, i dont like this map at all, its basically SMG hell, i tried to cover most of the basic things but probably forgot a few but the video was getting looooooong, hope you enjoy and maybe learn something.

new to cod4, got really much hours on MW2 though, these tutorials and actually every video from this guy is great!
@iBeckerX You record a demo by typing /record while in game into the console. When you want to stop it type /stoprecord. The demos will be saved in the main folder, or the folder where the mod is. Then launch the mod it was recorded in, and type /devmap mp_backlot;disconnect in the console. Then type in /demo and the name of the demo. You then record the demo file with fraps, or another screen recording program.

@TwIsT12r4 Its on the latest promod, you have to start up your own server by selecting the mods on main menu then doing /devmap and then use the button which you would originally have bound to nightvision.
@LegitBackD00rNinja69 Basically the gun has a base damage of 1, and multipliers eg, Chest is a x1.1 multiplier, head is a x4.3 roughly. The only time it'll do less that one is through a wall, also this is promod so it's stronger

there should be a mod with the aim to get from one spawn to the other without touching the ground (like what you did in the beginning of the video)

@rocKk1d if you're talking about jumps no they can be used in promod... There are loads of useful ones that increase your time to places or are just all around helpful in a player match
@Wasfrad ofc they work. Might not be so effective tho. Ppl doesnt play same way on console as on PC

@sjoukedde there will be a command in your cfg called "sv_clientsidebullets 0" you need to change this to 1
@krazyape5 is a mod of call of duty which eliminates perks and all other classic cod4 things to make the game competitive.

It's more of a distraction too! You would only be allowed to get one for your team exclusively which is useless :D The less you have on the screen the better as far as my experiences go! :P

@SICKNESSstunting Strafe and then in the air crouch. It makes you go a little farther is you continue to strafe.

@prodragon71 Another couple ideas are: Descriptions of each play style for each player 'type'. Like in depth, and very much so (ie one video per class). Like go over how a sniper should be playing, when to know how to be offensive/defensive, little playstyle tips you can offer for the sniper, a snipers general playstyle etc. but for smg, assault and sniper.
Also, could you go over your key settings, not saying we should copy, but just for little tips and why you do them. Also an episode of jumps

@murtaghthekiller Now I notice that you maybe thought I said you are a dummy, lol. But I should have said "Training Dummy" mode from Promod. I'm sorry too, and you're welcome ;)
@L3NNNNN Yes and you should add that strafing isn't something stupid you do, you should say "strafe smartly" as well xD lol, or else you can strafe and not be faster at all, and knowing how to strafe is something, but you can become better (faster) if you know how to control every strafe you do (long strafe, small, etc), I don't know if you'll understand, well it's more for @imakecod4vids lol.

I dont mean the graphig settings i mean the other stuff like binds n stuff and in the video he doesnt have to tell optimal settings.just what the commands mean and stuff like that ;)

@murtaghthekiller Well it depends what you want to know exactly? To get the bots launch promod, create a server, disable Punkbuster, launc server, bind night vision then you can get the bot, HAPPY? you can launch devmap as well. Now if you wanna know how the modders did it: codpromod(dot)com, and ask them.

@ConfuzedSushi lol yep but u said about pub KD ratio . In pubs some things are pretty useless because of like too many ppl on map and because of no team work.I guess u got ur reasons :)
@ZsD4nteEE There is no such thing, cfg for smg/ak etc. Everything comes with your own skill.

And maybe right now! WIth which command can i make the enemy shooting dots on the minimap bigger? I can get all the other things on the mini map as huge as the minimap itself but not the enemy dots!

I have a problem, recently I have been unable to stop the reload or switch weapon animation by quick double switching, now, whenever I press switch, the weapon switches completely before I can switch again. Is this a game update or what?

Why do you have your B button bound to toggle cg_fov 65 80, because you think it looks cool while jumping etc or because it improves strafe or something ? ..

@murtaghthekiller Training for dummy. /devmap mp_(map you want) but you have to load Promod before.
any chance you can cover any of the older maps (from other cods that are used in cod4 in some countres) like ravens , inferno (from cs) harbour or any? =D
7 min cross to b whit smg - no need to smoke if you can get there before 7 sec from start round you wont get kill by nade :P

When I start a private match with pormod how do I hide or remove the menu at the right with nadetraining etc. so the round starts normal? I am alone in my private server is this the problem why i does not work? Or what do I have to do?
