Ingredients :
Tomato - 3 kgs
Red Chilli powder - (2 tea glasses )
Rock Salt - ( 3 tea glasses)
Tamarind - ( cricket ball size )
Turmeric - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 25 cloves
Fenugreek seeds - 3 tbsp ( should make powder)
Groundnut oil ( peanut oil )
mustard seeds - 2 big tbsp
Curry leaves
