Y'all after 2 weeks of listening i started to see differences, and im telling you it works.

i finally retook the MBTI test and I got ENFP which was apparently the same mbti as Howl’s! (i used to be ISFP)! This has definitely improved my ability to talk to people and I’ve become more sociable than ever!
Also fun fact! ESFP is apparently the MBTI of the characters I’ve always wanted to be like when I was a kid and teen (and are still ones I look up to!) e.g Honoka Kousaka (LoveLive!), Sakura Kinomoto (Card Captor Sakura), etc!! It’s super funny but it does kind of make me realize i’m becoming more like my younger self’s “idol” as the day goes on! it’s super cool!! 😭
Also for the temperaments I apparently have the same ones as Shinobu’s we’re both Phlegmatic AND Choleric. Though I don’t know how accurate the website is, I’m super intrigued! (Howl’s is also Phlegmatic but his other one is Sanguine)!

@@4-eyes thank you so much for reminding me. i did listen to this sub for 20-ish days so i think the last time i heard it was on 13th or 14th of december. i had also bundled it with some other confidence subs so i can't pinpoint the results if it was only from this one. but overall, my hair and scalp is very healthy and i have been very confident about it. i am better at keeping small talk with people which i couldn't do before. also i've been getting a lot of compliments for the clothes i wear so it makes me feel good :D also i was a very clumsy person before and nowadays i feel like i perform a lot of things perfectly and with grace, like i'm not being clumsy and knocking stuff over or breaking things and embarrassing myself 😂
