Thank you all, so much, for your music through the years. It’s always been so beautiful and encouraging, and of course, reminding us to stay connected with Jesus 🙏. I have so many favorite songs of yours… But the 3 that are surfacing at this moment are “ Mercy came running“, “ crucified with Christ” and “your grace still amazes me”… The messages in those songs pretty much covers your ministry… Thank you again, for sharing a part of your lives and your incredible songs with us… And thank you for being such Godly men. 🙏
I remember you coming to Marion for the first time when my friend was dying of breast cancer. We had gotten a hold of you about Carla. You started the concert singing to her. She was bound and determined to be there, in spite of her pain. She went home to Jesus a few days later. You will always hold a special place in my heart for that beautiful time. Thanks for sharing His love for over 30 years!
PCD is my favorite group. Your music was food to my soul that helped me to keep my eyes on Jesus. Thank you for your wonderful music and letting your light shine for Jesus.
I don't think I've ever listened to a podcast as long as yours. Great background of one of my favorite Christian singing groups. You're up there with "Casting Crowns"... like you all are committed to their leadership positions in their churches. PTL for groups like that!! My best friend's son, David Kuntz, who has a ministry in East St. Louis, MO has told me about Shawn's support of his ministry. I lived most of my life in the St. Louis area where my dad Sam Hoffeditz pastored many churches and I also pastored "Beth Messiah" a Hebrew Christian congregation. I also taught for 11 years at Faith & Metro Christian schools. I currently live in Vero Beach, FL but have many friends and relatives in the area and go back there frequently. I'm a published writer with Focus on the Family and 2 other Christian publishers. My first book was published March 2023 titled "Hard Rock Facts for a Rock Hard Faith"... mostly scientific facts from the Bible presented in a unique intersting way along with some historical & prophetical facts. I hope to give each of you copies of that books when we see you at The Cove Dec. 13, 2024. I especially would like for you to read the chapter titled "A Different Let It Snow." It tells how a scientist at Colorado Atmospheric Research Center identified and recorded finding two identical designed snowflakes. I thought I would jokingly tell you you would have to change the line "A million snowflakes gently fall, but no two are the same" in your song "How Great You Are." I mention in my book "Do you think God in His snowflake workshop said 'Opps!' when twin snowflakes fell? No, He was just seeing if we were paying attention." Also, so what, no big deal two identical snowflake designs among billions that fall every year. How incredulous our awesome God is!!! My kids back in their single-digit years heard "Crucified with Christ" so much, they asked who was singing it. I said it was three men, and I gave your names. They henceforth knew and recognize that song as the "three boys song." Thank you for impacting my kids for the rest of their lives with that incredible and anointed song. 🙏🏻🙌🏻
I was introduce to the Promised Land Christian Church when I was about 42. That’s where I was introduced to Christian music having been raised Catholic I never heard Contemporary Christian music before. Talk about getting spoiled to some of the best music, best guests at church 😇. I was then water baptized by Pastor Randy Phillips. What a blessing. Love you guys❤

I never got it anywhere at church ,when they gave me more and more “data” or “head knowledge”, but you guys have helped me hear His heart for the first time, and what you given to us will last forever, because it is the Heart of Christ. Went to college in Austin. visited your dad‘s church so many times to watch the sign language to hear the wonderful music and hear that anointed Word. I have many funny stories to tell about that.
I just enjoyed being there so so much. Saw you a few times at the ice cream shop.

I was a kid at Christ Temple in Irving when you guys started up. I remember you guys singing and when all that began, but I couldn't imagine that you guys had just started! I remember Dan being so kind to my mother at church through some hard times and loving the songs from his album - I Choose to Be a Christian, and my favorite was Thank you Lord for the Sunshine.
What a blessing! You had to have known Bishop DeHart I'm sure! Pastor Dan has been such a blessing in my own life since they started in 1992! Heartland Church loves PD!

My all time favorite group! I heard you guys down in Florida twice. I was at a concert in Orlando, and I sat second row, center. Sang every word of every song. I have had three strokes in recent years, and the last one was on 12-01-23, where it almost took me out of this world. After having a Thrombectomy procedure, and the clot buster shot, I was in Neuro-ICU. It was a miracle, the doctors said. Now, I listen to "Your Still God" with a new understanding. God is not only the God of my mountains, but He is God of my valleys. It's in those lowest times I feel His love, and presence. Thank you so much for your heart, harmony, and ministry of music. You guys are simply THE BEST!

I met y'all on year at KLTY Celebrate Freedom and it was one of my favorite moments from going to Celebrate Freedom. Y’all have been my favorite group since I heard y’all sing midnight oil. My grandma had recently passed and midnight oil convicted me about my prayer life. I made things right and have never looked back. I have all of y’all’s albums and y’all are still my favorite. Y’all are anointed and are full filling the call GOD has on your lives.
