    Thank you for great information. My doctor diagnosed me bicep tendinitis but I think I have instability too. Even after cortisone shot I feel pain with clinking sound when I use shoulder. But my doctor seemed he is convinced I do not need any surgery. How can I appeal it?

      If you have a subluxation of the tendon I would recommend you to get surgery because the subluxation constantly stresses the tendon and that can result in it rupturing one day. I for example have only subluxation without any pain but I'll get surgery to avoid problems in the future.
