no wonder Noah likes where he trained, its literally got an orange filter on it
Damn that is a stacked training group. Noah Lyles, Josephus Lyles, and I think Jareem Richards and Wade Van Neikerk.
You also forgot Michael Brown ! Dude is a legit beast 🔥
and shaunae miller-uibo and her husband
This really is insane that you are doing this. Literally who else is doing anything remotely close to this? Especially on their own.
I hope you get sponsors for videos like this. Want to see videos from your channel like twice a week. Really
Cravon Gillepsie, although his production quality is slightly worse its less like docs and more chill like vlogs and tips.

@@Ximme True, hes been making videos for years. He has a different style of video, he leans even more so towards the vloggy content you don't see his coaches and rarely see him training with others, he films the majority of it himself. Hes also not at the elite, global championship level. So that's why i mentioned Cravons series because its probably the closest thing to Noahs.
All the top pro sprinters they just don’t show what they do
Yohan Blake. Flo track. Lots.of.content.
What you said at 8:15... wow i didn't know that.
I always sit down when im tired during the workout... i'll change that!
Thanks Noah :)
So many gems in this episode. The reminder to always be moving to get through a workout is gold. I started doing 5x60m hill sprints a few weeks back, and working on proper warmup, technique, consistency, and recovery has been key in seeing results. All the best to you and continued success, Noah. I'm excited for what your journey has in store. 👊🏾
Need more of this videos
it is just crazy how their attention to detail is. so thats how an olympian is made.

This is sick to see all this insight of your training
Good video again, strong stuff with the explanations.
🔥🔥🔥 I'm training one of GA best running backs and we're about to start doing the same thing
Im pretty sure the end of the video was the best part!🤣 great content noah!
Love you ❤🎖
I love athletes that just do it old school. None of this fancy equipment or new age training, just out work everyone!
This fancy new age training is the reason why times get lower and lower
Really really really good and intresting video!! 19.10….💨
Awesome noah .
Commenting from Srilanka
I support you from Japan
Yesssssirrrrrr
Omg Noah lyes I cramp up so bad tdy
Awesome
Hi Noah, please be careful with the "chiropractor protein" convo.... because the OLDER AN ATHELETE GETS THE MORE PROTEIN ONE WILL NEED FOR MUSCLES AND INTERNAL ORGANS TO HEAL! Fact. Wishing you and the crew the best! Keep going!💪🏾💚
I’m sure him and his team are well informed. And it is our job to do our own research because all of us have different bodies that develop in different ways.
@@tacanuva15 that does not mean that the team is knowledgeable. Going to a chiropractor is red alert. They are charlatans who can fuck you up in a long run.
1g/lb is enough? or 2.2g/kg ?
Chiro stick to chiro! 😝
@@incorectulpolitic hilarious 🤣
I really appreciate this and did enjoyed these video more than almost anything tbh! Is there any way possible for you to give us insights about these gym sessions and what period you do it in? Like in the grassroot ep.1 gym session do you do that in endurance or speed endurance period? And like do you do this kind of gym session is speed training period likewise. I maybe 100% wrong right now, I just want some insights to plan my own training tbh. Thanks in advance Noah!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you sir workout super
❤
Hey Noah, I have one of those massage guns and i heard that they help you activate or make sure your muscles are ready, is there a certain routine that you do with the gun?
What shoes do you use in this video cus they looking really nice
Was that wayde doing the hill work😍
How long does ur warmup usually take?
subbed
Which one is better for you ice baths or epson salt baths ?
Hey Noah, when you were taking about people having strong muscles, but the muscles don't seem to be firing. Are you familiar with AMIT (Advanced Muscle Integration Technique)? It is used on several professional athletes to reactivate muscle that are "turned off" and not firing.
Hills are good
⛳👏🙌🤩
Where do you find those sleds, I can’t find them?
Why is Noah posed off on the car in 9:07 like he's in some type off car magazine model🤣
2:50 Noah the Technician

Hello Noah, please I have a very important question.
Did you hit the gym immediately after track practice or is it another timeline entirely on that same day? Perhaps in the evening?
it depends, sometimes it's back to back or sometimes I'll grab a smoothie lol
There’s gotta be a wall!
Noah literally looks like a lion with his braids no wonder he is a king
What brand is that sled and name?
It is actually not true that you can only absorb so much protein at a sitting. It used to be thought that you can only absorb about 30g of protein at a sitting, but this is based on an old study. A much more recent study shows we can actually absorb much more protein than previously thought, we're talking 100g. I'm not saying you should eat that much but it's the most up to date research. Gotta get you Gold fam.
When did jaleel white get cornrows?
3:15 what’s the machine used to lose up the muscle in your leg in the video called?
Massage gun
Who are those people training with him, other adidas athletes?
Like to see wrist curls. Forearm is disporitonaly smaller.
200m Noah lyles
Hey Noah, what would you normally have for breakfast and dinner?
Hey talked about all that in his meet my chef video
At the start he said he normally has 3 eggs for breakfast
I don't think you realise how valuable this is to give for free
What are the white shoes he's wearing on the track?
adidas SL 20
Do the sleds on grass ... live up the name grassroots
Where are you working out
I think it’s the USATF center in south Florida
What shoes is he wearing?
My go-to trainers!

Wait why are they doing so long of hill sprints? Acceleration never lasts past 40-60 m
It's a mystery, as is a lot of his training. He is clearly an incredible athlete, and a lot faster than me, but his training really isn't helping him.
@@tchai91 yeah I’m no Olympic or elite athlete but I had to say something ---???
@@tchai91 probably just for conditioning and gpp work . But he will still gas you so stfu and watch and observe
@@elliottmaynard9610 Speed endurance maybe…

10:26 is that wayde van niekerk ??
Yes it is. We train together
@Noah Lyles, Olympian ga daaim you just gonna not mention that the 400m world record holder and one of 3 men under sub 44s ,20 s ,10s is on your team. That's some ridiculous firepower in that squad. Good luck in the future .
See you in Olympics qualified inchaalah
2nd
😄
0:28 bro what
Little brother bigger than the big brother....that might be little brothers is 😂 too big. Gota get more lean like big brother.
Genetics don’t work that way
Protein thing is kinda a myth. I mean as long as you don't exceed 60g per intake. And if it's organic meat and stuff, there's not a lot of studies on it. As long as you take them in 3 or more intakes, it almost doesn't matter at all.

Bagel/ gluten ... = inflammation. Gluten free.
Seems to depict on slavery on farms...
Don't you think
why are coaches always overweight?
They wouldn’t be a coach if they were lean. They would be the athlete.
