Public housing in Hong Kong is a set of mass housing programmes which the Hong Kong Government provides affordable housing for lower-income residents.
In this video, we will have a walk in the two more than fifty years of history public housing estate in HK, Hua Fu Estate 華富邨 (built in 1967 to 1978) and Hing Hua II Estate 興華II邨 (built in 1976)
As at 31 March 2016, about one-third of Hong Kong residents (almost 2.14 million people), lived in rental units in various public housing estates in HK.
